One of the workers was very sexist and racist to me and my sister in law and wasn’t nice until my brother stepped in to ask for our order and I don’t know how they let him work there he was rude and I don’t recommend going the food was ok but the service was horrible and he didn’t get my order right I will be calling to complain I don’t recommend

Absolutely the worst Subway and/or business I have ever interacted with. I will be doing all I can to report them to as many organizations as possible for their lack of ethics and integrity. They are using the franchised name of business as a avwnue to prey on an established customer base that's trusts the brand. They'll short your cash change and short your order.... then look you in the eyes and call you a liar, rather than even take one moment to consider the facts show they are horrible people. Enjoy your eternal days with the devil, Irma.... although I'm confident that's just your connection artist stage name.

Staff are rude food wasn't prepared the subway way . I used to work for subway and was a sandwich artist clearly training needs to happen at this location a few mystery shops might actually help to motivate employees

The workers are disastrous, especially the lady with dark hair with false eyelashes, she threw the bread, she did not respond to what we said and only looked at us with disapproval, she was paid poorly ?? poor thing, she doesn't like her job but she needs to be there but she is despotic and rude, they should expel her
1 12” veggie was for a vegan with mustard and veggies only. It was slathered with mayo. i called the store and asked if I could come get a replacement for my dinner and was told by the gal who answered the phone that she didn’t have the authority to give me a sandwich. She questioned whether I ordered correctly. That shop is off my list of businesses to patronize. I find it sadly consistent with the type of customer service that is too prevalent today. Replacing a $1 sandwich just cost you a customer.

Trash just like every other fast food restaurant in Dickinson, service sucks, food is not well kept, the guy behind the counter (who I'm pretty sure is a manager) seems like he is high as a kite every time I see him, he takes forever, moves in slow motion, completely stops what he's doing every 5 seconds to stare at people, he's rude and has a bad attitude, drops food all over the place, doesn't listen or pay attention at all. The rest of the staff is hit or miss, a few ppl do a good job but mostly bad too, bugs fly around the restaurant, the soda machine as of right now has no ice, and all of the drinks are flat, they are out of 2 of the veggies, and they only have white bread. And stuff like this is normal at this location.
