The workers there are extremely sweet. The food is always fresh and the place seems to always be spectacularly clean. Highly recommend to come to this location on 646 & 517!!!!

I eat at the subway location regularly because it is very close to my place of work. However, my main reason for eating here is because of how exceptionally nice the staff are. Today I had a heavy day at work and decided to come in and get myself a meatball marinara sandwich to get the proteins that I enjoy. Both Gloria and Jazmin Where exceptionally nice and helpful. My sandwich was hot, delicious with all the vegetables that I love, and the best part was getting it from two genuinely happy young ladies who went out of the way to provide service with a smile. I would encourage anyone who’s interested to come in and eat here. You will enjoy subways, fantastic sandwiches and also get help from some of the nicest young ladies you will find anywhere.

Ana made my sandwich perfectly and the store was very clean. The lettuce could be fresher but that’s an issue with most subways.
I stopped by this Subway recently, and while the food itself was good, the customer service definitely needs improvement. When I walked in, the employee was working on a large order, which I completely understood, but I was never greeted or acknowledged in any way. After about five minutes, she finished and started my order, still without a “hello” or “welcome.”
When I asked for mayo, she put a very small amount on the sandwich. I asked for extra, and she told me that was all she had. I asked if she could check in the back for more, and she insisted there wasn’t any. After asking again, she offered mayo packets but reluctantly went to check, and then came back with extra mayo after all.
The sandwich itself was good, but the customer service was not welcoming or helpful. A simple greeting and a little more willingness to assist would have made the experience much better.
