Just left there...ordered "twice" the amount of meat, paid for, BUT then he wanted 2 skip on the toppings...NO, NO, NO! CUSTOMER SERVICE had a Bad Vibe the whole time! Tipped $2.00 but I guess that wasn't good enough 4 him!!

Ordered online for a pickup order. Showed up at the time listed for pickup. Had to wait 10 minutes for them to finish and there wasn't any customers in there. Got the two sandwiches home and both were the wrong sandwiches. This is the second time they screwed up the order completely. Won't be a 3rd at this subway.

Everytime we go there its a problem with the employees, i ordered a steak teriyaki and the girl had the meat section blocked to where i could see what she was putting on there and asked her if i could see what she was doing. She said oh and that was it. So now im home and she put the complete wrong meat on there. She put chicken and not steak. And when i would ask for extra vegetables she acted like i was asking for her first born child. EVERY employee is quite and acts like they hate their job and has HORRIBLE customer service, oh to top it off I told her the Dr.Pepper was out and she replies i dont know how to change it so choose a different soda.This is what happens when you have poor management and poor staff, and is under employeed. There was only 1 employee there.

Horrible service Ordered online pick up was for 4:15 PM it is currently 4:30 PM food still isn’t ready and it’s not busy only one person was ahead of me the guy working just might be the slowest man alive love subway but never coming back

I came in and ordered an Italian Wrap. The manager/lady asked me what kind? I have never been asked that when I've been in. I told her just the regular Italian wrap. She said "well you have choices". I asked her what they were and she gave me several options. I gave her my choose and she pilled ham on it w/ 2 pieces of salami and 2 pieces of pepperoni. She then asked me what kind of cheese, I made my choose and she only put 1 slice on it????? I told her that was wrong and she very rudely said "no, that's the way it comes. I have a guide in front of me". When it came to ringing it up she told the other lady " ring it up as a ham wrap and add pepperoni and add salami" ????? NO I ORDERED THE SAME THING I ALWAYS ORDER AND IT IS AN ITALIAN WRAP!!! Both were rude and told me that it must have been someone that was new and did not know what they were doing???? Again, I ALWAYS order the SAME THING !!! NO MANAGER SHOULD TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!

I love Subway, and visit many locations however, this location has been the cleanest, most organized and ranks high on my list! my sandwich, including the bread, was fresh and delicious. I don’t understand bad reviews prior. However, they must’ve had a change of Management because this is a wonderful gem next to the gas station.
