The tenders were overcooked and tasted like old grease. The waffle fries were undercooked and the coleslaw didn’t have any dressing…. It was just plain chopped cabbage. Definitely a disappointing experience, I will not be back.

absolutely awful. their description makes me laugh as this was the worst place i’ve ever ordered from. chicken tenders were soggy and tiny and the fries were freezer burnt and undercooked and there was a random chunk of something burnt mixed in with my food. gotta say the honey mustard is fire but that’s all

My wife is in the hospital and wanted something other than hospital food. Picked up two orders of chicken tenders, she ate them I opted for the UTMB hospital food. It was much better

Ordered online and got only 1 of the 5 sauces that was supposed to come with the order. With how expensive it is you'd think they could get the cheap part of it right.

The tenders are amazing, everything else about your order will be beyond unacceptable. We have tried a few times and honestly each time gets a little worse and a little worse. Tonight the waffle fries are actually harder than the chips. At least one thing stays consistent, not once, ever, in 4 trips, have we received the sauces we ordered. At least on the other attempts we got some sauces, tonight was 2 sauce cups for 40 tenders. I like to try and give a business a chance to make up for mistakes. I get it, things happen. But this was the last straw, we won't be giving any more chances. Save yourself the frustration, find somewhere else to order from. They have shown consistency, just not consistency to care to do the job correctly.
