My family and I sat down and asked for coffee and water. We were told drinks only come out after food. Sat there and watched 5 sets of customers receive their drinks before their food. Been there multiple times. Will not be back. Talked to someone there when leaving and said they need to work on consistency. Its very poor service to tell us we have to wait for our drinks and yet serve multiple tables and other customers theirs. Never in my life have I been told that when dining out. There wasn’t fresh coffee being brewed as there was plenty of fresh coffee and water. But they made sure we paid for that coffee. I didn’t even drink mine… because I drink it BEFORE I eat. This was by far the worst dining experience I’ve ever had at any Waffle House. From the moment we walked in, we were completely ignored. No greeting, no acknowledgment—nothing. We sat for 10–15 minutes and not a single person approached us to take our order.
The waitress on shift was clearly overwhelmed and completely underqualified. Instead of offering service, she actually told us to be quiet because she “couldn’t think.” I’ve never experienced anything like that in a restaurant.
After waiting way too long with zero service, we decided to leave. As we were walking out, the cook started making rude, disrespectful comments toward us. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
We will NEVER return, and I do not recommend this location to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere—anywhere—else.

Horrible experience. We walked in and were not greeted and we waited for about 5/10 minutes. The waitress who was working did not take our orders but did tell us to lower our voices. How if this is a restaurant and not a library??? What do you expect at a waffle house at 1:30 in the morning. We went to dennys down the road and had excellent costumer service. Overall the older lady was very nice to us but the other waitress and cook were very unprofessional.

The Waffle House on 646 is AWESOME, you hear me? I took my son for breakfast on his bday and they immediately noticed the money pinned to his shirt and wished him a Happy Birthday! One of the ladies gave my son $5 and then she also initiated for everyone in the store to sing Happy Birthday! It was the best experience for my son and it meant a lot to him!! Thank you so much to the young lady and staff there on 646 for the amazing service!!

I’m from Louisiana so waffle houses are as common as stop signs so moving out here was a culture shock and it’s nice to know. I have one close nearby but they are for you and far between. I wish they had more waffle House rocks. It’s actually if you ask me where I wanna go for Valentine’s Day I’m going to say Waffle House just saying
