Went in, asked for 4 Hot N Ready Classics and 1 EMB. Was charged for 4 EMB, then when I saw my receipt and I said Hey why did you charge me for 4 EMB, and that I asked for (restated my order). The employee then says that at this Little Caesars Hot N Ready is the EMB.Needless to say it was just going in circles, the manager (I assume) then comes in and TRIES to help, but only keeps repeating that the employee said they explained to me that the Hot N Ready is EMB. So I responded stating that I had asked for specifically for 4 Classic Hot N Ready and 1 EMB. So I was clear of what I wanted and I didn't want to charged more than what I asked for.That went on for about 5-10mins before I said to the manager, look just fix my first order to reflect what I originally asked for and repeated 4x.They did, well when we got home and opened the pizza boxes and most of the pizzas were OUTLINED (did not cut thoroughly through), pizza felt tough and not HOT being that they only make Classic Hot N Ready Pizzas upon request.So yeah I think they deliberately didn't cut my pizzas all the way and not like a typical pizza cuts out of spite.I really hope they work on their customer service and the manager needs a lot more training.

I went in there yesterday and I stood there for about 5 minutes and nobody ever got my order. There was an employee that passed and I called her if she could take my order and she did not even look to where I was I thought she was busy and couldn't hear me so I called a bit louder and she did not even turn to look at me. When I got out I saw somebody walk in. As I was leaving the parking area another person that went in came out with a box of pizza.

It's good to get you out of trouble when you don't want to or can't cook, even though there are always a lot of people shopping, the best time to buy there is for me between 3:00 and 3:30pm. At that time you avoid the line. I recommend it.

Employees have the worst customer services you make orders online and they are never ready you call this location trying to make the order over the phone after the 10th call they'll pick up.

I ordered online and they said it would be ready in 25 and I paid for it online when I got there they hadn't put it in the oven and that was 30 minutes later, they said they were too busy why in the heck do you order online then.

I gave 3 star's only because i know this place is low staffed, so it takes a while to order. The place is small so after like 5 people it starts to get crowded. My son lives their pizza so that's why I keep going.
Looks like a storage unit with pallets stacked in a cramped room, obviously sticks to high productivity of extramost rather than classic to keep up with inflation. Even though the area it serves deserves savings, it's backed up with 30 min waits for 1 pie.
