Little Caesars Reviews
we ordered for delivery, our driver only gave us one out of nine items and it was burnt. So my husband drove to the store to resolve this and get our food. The csr helping him did not care and rudely told him, "we're not going to refund you and we're not going to remake your order." as a former little caesars employee, I'm extremely angry that this is how she handled our issue. She should be fired and that store should be watched closely to monitor quality or be shut down. This...read full review

Little Caesars Pizza offers a convenient option for those who don't want to cook. Despite being busy, the best time to visit is between 3:00 and 3:30 pm to avoid long lines. This small location can get crowded quickly, and the waiting time can be unbelievable, especially when staffing is low. The staff provides great customer service, even during busy times. The pizza is a hit, particularly with kids. Customers have enjoyed the Italian pepperoni, which features a thicker crust and plenty of cupped pepperoni, though some found the thin crust pepperoni less impressive. Many appreciate using the store's pickup portal, a cool use of technology that helps avoid lines. Parking can be challenging during busy times, and the restaurant is accessible, but space inside is limited, and heavy doors can be difficult to open. Prices for items like stuffed crust pizza may be higher than at other locations in Weslaco, but overall, the pizza is considered worth the wait.
