I’ve been coming to this location for many years and they are always incredible! I get the same order every time and it’s my favorite. I recently came and got my order and asked for extra sour sauce and the guy working knew exactly what he was doing!!! I would bathe in sour sauce if I could so he made my entire night. I would love to buy my own container of sour sauce if I can (I will pay extra of course), I just need access to my own sour sauce at all times!!!

I arrived at the location at 10:10pm on Saturday 9/21/24 after driving from 20 minutes away only to be told that they had closed early. Posted hours showed store open until 10:30pm. No notice of abbreviated hours posted on Facebook even.

Otherwise, the shaved ice is pretty decent, and I appreciate the selection of natural flavors for those who wish to avoid artificial colors.

Lastly, I do feel the wait time is usually longer than what I would expect, so be prepared for a wait.

This location HAS TO DO A BETTER JOB! I order the same thing every time and they NEVER get it right. I pay for extra juice and flat top and it’s ALWAYS dry. Ask for sour sand and they either put none or drench it with sand. PLEASE DO BETTER. I spend $20 every time I come.

Waited more than 30 minutes just to get a flat snow cone ! Slowest service !

Was craving a Bahama Rama. It was so good. Small was bigger than I remembered.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went and ordered two bahama rama mamas one with creme on top and they gave me two snow cones. I went back and told them what happened. So the lady remakes one & proceeds to say I only ordered one with cream!! Yes one with cream on top NOT WITHOUT ICE CREAM! Why in the heck would I order Bahama Rama mamas without ice cream! She then tried to tell me what I ordered and proceeds to say okay and closed the window. Very rude! She then disappeared and a girl named Clara gave me my other one! She needs additional training.

First time having Bahama Bucks. It was delicious! Love that it has a drive thru.

My boyfriend and I went to this Bahama Bucks for the Sonic promotion going on ,and was so incredibly disappointed in our experience there. First, it took ages to get our order... Not because they were busy with other orders, but because our snow cones sat on the counter while the girls working played in a puddle of sauce that was poured on the counter. Second, my snow cone (the Shadow one) was so dry and flavorless... There was almost no drizzle or cookie toppings on it and so little syrup that I was practically just eating regular ice. My boyfriend's snow cone (the Sonic one) was drenched in the sour patch drizzle. It was like they swapped out the Sonic syrup with the drizzle alone. They also forgot to give us the special Sonic spoons, we had to ask for them. $20 I wish I never spent for two awful piles of ice. (that includes the tip, that I wish we could take back.)

They messed up my snowcone and made ME feel bad about it :( I ordered a sour watermelon & sour lime, but after waiting 10 minutes they gave me regular watermelon and lime. When I told the person at the register about it, they seemed very confused about what was wrong with my snowcone and another employee told them to just pour some of the sour stuff on top (rather than remaking it). So after waiting 5 more minutes, that's what they gave back to me - meaning less than half of the snowcone was what I actually wanted and it was drowning in syrup. Not to mention the fact that the old snowcone was already melting all over the place at this point and none of the napkin dispensers in the store were stocked. When I went back to the register the two previous employees I spoke to were telling other members of the crew to "deal with it" rather than helping me. I never said anything unkind or was aggressive in any way so I don't know why they were acting like I was being difficult, I just wanted what I paid for. In the end, I just politely asked for a refund and left with no snowcone after driving 25 minutes to get there. The person who issued me the refund seemed very apologetic and kind though. Not mad, just disappointed and snowconeless :( The Sonic the Hedgehog promo was cool though!
