I walked into a liquor store and this rustic minimalist bottle caught my eye. It said pollinator...I was like tequila and pollen. I was so confused but then I went home and tasted it. Let me just say I am blown away from the flavors, the story and the cause. This is now my favorite go to. I encourage everyone to try.
Every time I’ve been out to Desert Door has been a fantastic experience. With amazing sotol-based drinks (Annie’s Favorite is a GEM), kind staff, an awesome food truck, and impeccable vibes, the distillery is a staple of Texas Hill Country that is not to be missed.PS - My husband + I love Desert Door so much we got married in their event space!

My personal favorite. Of the distilleries I've been to, Desert Door has the best drive to, has the best staff, and Sotol (the liquor) is just great. I've had just about all the regular servers and the service is consistently great. David the manager, Erin G., Erin T., Hayley, etc... are so much fun and keep the drinks coming. The atmosphere is solid... I could keep going. Take the time to go and you'll be happy you did.
