I have been to the First CHICKEN EXPRESS WHICH IS IN MW Texas and this place levels up! I’ve been to so many other Chicken E establishments and this one is always on point! Nice Crispy chicken, moist on the inside and dang… the sides are always amazing.
Nothing beats the sweet tea!

It’s okay. They serve you instantaneously which is incredible, I just think the chicken here is way too dry to be $12. I’ll still order from here when I absolutely need food but it’s not like KFC quality chicken.

They have the worst customer service. I have gone several times and every time I can assure you that the customer service has been terrible. Not only that, they are always out of something. Waiting 25 minutes and still no order is horrible. When I went in to ask what is going, I was told they had to fry more chicken. Not once was I told that. They just left me waiting with no explanation until I went in. The window server thought it was funny. I asked for my money back and they did refund it. I have no idea how they are still in business.

If you feel like buying chicken strips for your family and spending $50 this is the spot for you. It’s not great. I’m not sure if it’s even good. Plain flavorless gravy for great chicken strips.
I am so tired of paying for Crap! This is the 3rd time ive stopped right before 4pm and was served the Nastiest old leftover lunch chicken they had. Prices are too high to get home and have a box of left overshit! I will post from now on about how Crappy you have become! Yall were our go to chicken joint!! You have Gone below acceptible!! Cold chewy old lunch leftovers. Masked potatoes were watery chicken tenders were cold and chewy ice tea was so cloudy and smelled. Employees will not answer phone. I called over 15 times and never an answer! Keep it up you will go out!! Shame on employees and owner for allowing that crap to go out the window!!
