I visited ✨️ Family Business Brewery in April 2022. It may have been the year prior. Either way, it was a trip to celebrate my birthday. I went with my mom and step dad. The atmosphere was exceptional and the drinks were exquisite. Excellent quality ? ? and ❤️ great service from the staff. Unfortunately, the actual Brewery was closed off, due to Covid. So, I didn't get the tour. I went home with a Beer Glass and Happy memories. Smiles all around!
What a great place. Big fans of the series, we obviously stopped by during our road trip to Texas in April 2023. We had a great relaxing time there with beer and pizza. It was nice and warm and the atmosphere was great. If I lived in the area I know this place would be my weekend haunt. Our next road trip will be to a neighboring state but a stop here will be mandatory!
Great beer and a beatiful place for being with family and drink of course =D
We are from out of town staying in San Antonio. I’m from the area, but my boyfriend was not and is a huge supernatural fan and wanted to visit the family business for the first time. I looked up their social media and their website which said that they were open from 3 PM to 9 PM on Thursdays. We made the hour and 45 minute drive and arrived around 3:35 PM on Thursday to find the parking lot blocked off with whiskey barrels. I again checked all social media and called the phone number listed. No one answered the phone, I Facebook messaged and emailed. It is now Monday and I have still not heard anything. very unprofessional and disappointing.Since it does not give me an option to respond to the owners reply. Your last social media post was from April 30 stating your taproom would be closed for a private event May 4 and nothing since on Facebook. We came out and saw you May 9 which is a Thursday. I have screenshots. I’ve taken where all your Facebook and website says it is open. Now going on today everything says temporarily closed and you’ve updated your website. Again, I still have screenshots from Thursday showing that you guys show you were open at 3 to 9pm.
I just adore this place!!! ♥️ It is so unbelievably chill and they are so friendly, I could visit every day just for the atmosphere if I lived nearby. The beer is AMAZING, and I got totally hooked on a few plus a seltzer. ???
The driveway in was I guess my first sign of how this was going to layout. Hopefully they find some gravel or dirt to fix it. The driveway out is even worse. The service was bland at best. Not sure why there is a tip option when you:Seat yourselfGet your own menuTake your own orderWalk over to a small food trailerPick up your own order and bring it back to your table.Get your own drinksClean up your own mess and leave while you thank yourself for coming.

What a great find and near Hamilton Pool. Came here after a hike on the Pedernales River and what a place to have a sit down with family or friends and enjoy good local beer. Appreciated how large and shaded their outdoor area was (the inside has a bit less seating). I had the pils - it was great. There is a food truck out back with pretzels, pizza and salad - was also really good.If you’re in the area it’s worth the stop.

The only thing not to like was the rude guy behind the bar working yesterday at around 5-6pm. Pretty rude and arrogant. But great beer choices.

there are so much better choices and the others are ACTUALLY dog friendly. 12 Fox, Twisted X and Suds Monkey to name a few.Sadly honor and honesty are all too rare these days and the FBBC are not "slaves to the truth" as evidenced by their response. They are flat out lying.Praise the lord that one is not part of that "family."They should be selling used cars.Nt that their posted policy says nothing about leashes.(pic included) Even so...my exceptionally well-behaved service dogs were on leashes. The poor little girl they sent over said that the leashes had be be held. Karens gonna Karen.but worry not dog lovers...there are good choices and you can support good, honest people. 12 Fox is veteran owned (vets get a free beer!) and they LOVE dogs. We have been there dozens of times and our pups were offered water before we were offered beer! Good people. Great experience.Twisted X is also dog friendly and has a great, fun staff...very friendly. We get questioned if we DON"T have dogs. Great place. Great people. Super experience to be had.Suds Monkey is also quite pet friendly and has excellent pizza. In fact, several dog rescue groups meet there. It is excellent. So don't drive past better places run by hard working, honest, honorable people to go all the way out to "Family" Business. You deserve a better. And the dysfunction family business is a cesspool
