100% worth the small detour when driving between Austin and Fredericksburg. Food is fabulous and there is a ton of outdoor seating with plenty of shade. A nice playground makes it the perfect stop for kids. And it’s a nice scenic drive to get there to boot.
Truly enjoyed the various bites and hard seltzer. Staff were super friendly and made great suggestions.
Great beer, great food and a fun playground for the kiddos! Would recommend if you’re in the area!
Too many kids
What a wonderful spot. Gluten reduced beer, Great staff , dog, friendly, phenomenal sweet potato fries, lots of outdoor space. Bada bing baby
Best burger I’ve had in over a year other than ones I grill myself. Incredible! Great staff too thanks guys
Great establishment awesome brews & food !
Great place to hang out
Nice, new, modern looking beewery in Dripping Springs. They were out of several beers on my visit, so I couldn’t try the Octoberfest one. They have a childrens playground, their patio in the back is peaceful. There was live music on my visit.
I hosted my daughter's 2nd birthday party today at Fitzhugh and our experience was incredible. We had originally reserved 8 picnic tables outside for about 30 people. This morning they reached out to offer to relocate us into their new pavilion area they have available that was covered due to weather that was expected. It ended up being perfect. The space is so cute and clean. The service was great and food was awesome. Thank you for the amazing experience!

First, your beer is very good.
Second, as a Hawaiian, I showed up for the Hawaiian Luau. I was greeted by dancers and Tiki-themed decorations. A Luau, by its very definition, is a celebration of forbidden foods. I expected pulled pork, teriyaki chicken, mac salad, rice, etc. Instead I was greeted with decorations and your typical menu. Nachos with Barbacoa were good, but please, if you're not going to serve Luau food, DONT call it a Luau.
Consistently good food and beer. Outdoor seating with a play area makes it family friendly.
Great food and venue. Had life music and a place for the kids to play. Would highly recommend the pulled pork fries and burnt ends!
We visited Fitzhugh Brewing on Sunday for our joint bachelorette trip and had the best time! The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, and the beer was fantastic. A special thank you to Nathan for giving us a tour and sharing his master brewer knowledge with us — it made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for great brews and great people!
Amazing food and nice relaxing atmosphere. Just down the road from Pedernales State Park.
