It's a cute little coffee shop, haha. No, it's not little, the entrance and bar area are small but there is plenty of outdoor seating and step over to the well designed table areas. I love the lighting in this space. Lots of local coffee and flavoring to add at a pretty decent price. There is a nice plant store next door.

Long story short: If you want a hand poured cappuccino? This is not the spot. More of frothy gas station automatic machine product. Husband didn’t have the heart for a confrontation so he just threw it away.We used to be extremely frequent customers here between 2016-2021 but service, quality and craftsmanship have severely tanked. We thought it was because the old owner was losing steam, but sadly the coffee quality has only gotten worse under the new owner, even though some of the staff are the same. The red flag is always when I ask for a cappuccino and the server asks me, “What size would you like.” Its fine if you just want to be a bakery with drip coffee and tea, but if you are going to have an espresso machine and customers come expecting something they can’t produce with their own espresso machines at home…then please train the staff on the art of coffee. We used to get hand poured cappuccinos here and they were delicious and beautiful. Now we get a product we could have gotten out of a gas station automatic machine. Just sad to no longer able to count on our favorite spot. The cashier even admitted they don’t educate the customers they just bend to whatever the general public believes….even when it means serving them a 16oz “cappuccino”

I was really impressed with how good the coffee was! I was visiting from out of town and was not optimistic about my options. The espresso based drinks were excellent. We enjoyed their baked goods overall but I would say that many of them are overly sweet to my tastes, even the ones that are not glazed or frosted. My kids had no problem with this though! The place has a lot of good seating options both inside and outside and the overall vibe makes it a great place to relax and enjoy your coffee.

Mazama is the place to go for coffee in Drip! There's always a peaceful, and humble vibe in the business. The staff is friendly, and diligent. I frequently get the mocha here, and it's fantastic. Today I also got the brekkie sandwich, and I highly recommend the pairing. I recommend Mazama to anyone who will listen!
Immediately walking in we were greeted and the baristas were kind and patient with my indecisive mind! I enjoyed the atmosphere and coziness of this coffee house over the other one in town! Their house made brown sugar cinnamon syrup is really tasty and the barista had recommendations based on me not liking super sweet coffee! We also got a brekkie Sammie and ham and cheese croissant, yummy!

Had the most amazing Iced House Chai with Almond Milk. I can’t wait to try other items. I have an associate who travels to here from Austin on weekends because of how great the coffee is and I have to say it is quaint, local, delicious and fair priced. We will be back!
