Oak Creek Cafe Reviews
This place was fantastic. I stopped there twice while in town. I had dinner and breakfast. Catfish was great! The employees were so sweet and attentive. Special shoutout to Colton I think?? Red headed guy- very nice and helpful on sights to take in. There was also a young lady there that night who was just as helpful.
Great place all around!
Delicious breakfast and you won’t be leaving hungry! Good stop while passing through!
The service is always excellent and so are the breakfasts! Good sized servings and reasonable pricing. Lunch specials are also good. I wish they served breakfast longer on the weekends or had brunch, since they are only open until 3pm on weekends! A wonderful place for good comfort food and smiling servers!

Oak Creek Cafe offers generous portions of fresh, delicious food with great service. It is a cozy spot enjoyed by a loyal older crowd, though there are some concerns about cleanliness. The cafe is known for its homestyle cooking, where the staff treats customers like family. The menu features a variety of hot and cold dishes, including fantastic options like the catfish basket and chicken fried chicken. Desserts are a highlight, with choices like chocolate pie, coconut cream pie, and peach cobbler. Guests can also enjoy a selection of great drinks listed on a big chalkboard. With very good prices, this delightful dining experience is worth revisiting. The decor includes caricatures by a local artist and vintage concert posters, adding to the cafe's charm.
The food at Oak Creek Cafe is consistently praised by customers. They offer amazing shrimp po'boys, with huge shrimp and an excellent roll. The fried pork chops, catfish, and hamburger steak are also highly recommended. The green beans are a standout side dish. The portions are large, and the prices are very reasonable.
The cafe has a cool, old-school vibe with a classic restaurant environment. The dining area is very clean, though the lack of music can be a downside. Overall, Oak Creek Cafe is a four-star dining experience that is worth checking out.
