I went to pick up my online order today Monday November 10th 2025 at 12:40 PM and I had to wait over 15 minutes to get it even after previously been placed online. I only have 30 minutes for lunch so needless to say this waiting already ruined my lunch break. However, even after the long wait they still gave me the wrong order, and I had to wait another 15 minutes for the correct order. I spent over 30 minutes waiting for a simple order (one burner and one side). I don’t know if they are understaffed or the crew just doesn’t care, but the situation in this restaurant should improve if they want to keep customers around. I would never visit this locations again.

I came into sonic on a weekday morning, and was greated kindly and professionally by whoever took my order. I was excited to enjoy my food, but it took a turn. The person who brought my food to me (Kaylen?) had a very rude and impatient attitude, just for having to take my card in when the payment terminals didn't work. She also reeked of cannabis! Yuck! The food was amazing, but Kaylen made me never want to spend money at this location

Stall #16 had a broken screen so I couldn't use my card. The carhop, Hailee, was extremely rude when she delivered my food. I have know clue why or what I did to make her so upset with me. I had cash ready to tip, but after the interaction I decided not too. I probably will be steering clear of this location in the future

I would give zero stars if I could. Every time I’ve been to this sonic location, the very young staff has been incredibly rude for no reason. The time it takes to take an order, fulfill it and deliver it is extremely long. Just go to what a burger.

Took someone 12 minutes to answer to take order. Was out quickly but order was wrong. The last few times I've tried to eat at sonic I would leave cause nobody would answer to take order. Only 3 cars there

This Sonic is consistently disappointing. They are always out of stock on food items, yet still take your order and payment through the app. When they can’t fulfill the order, they issue refunds at the store, even though app purchases can’t be refunded there, causing delays and confusion. I’ve had to wait weeks to get my money back, only to be told to call corporate. Corporate then refuses to issue the full refund and instead offers coupons that don’t even match the amount owed. They also never include sauces, even when they’re clearly listed on the receipt. Wait times are always long, no matter how busy it is. Poor management, poor inventory control, and zero accountability from both the store and corporate.

The food was as expected but everything else was terrible, I wanted to express a reasonable concern about this Sonic's choice to use 3rd party pos systems rather than the ones that intergrate into the sonic stalls. But the way I was treated by the management was outright deplorable, from the time I arrived i saw seemingly a train of baby-faced teens none of whom had any idea of what was going on. I finally spoke to the manager, 6' or so, black shirt & pants, short hair and beard to match. Spoke to me without regard to my options as a customer, did not seek to find a solution to our issue, and the whole time every time he finished a sentence he would start to walk away till I responded, like he's trying to run off!
