David at the cold drinks station has no clue of organization. He left us standing for 10 minutes with an incomplete order. When mentioned he continued to take people in front of us. His station was a filthy mess, splashes, and spills all over the counter. Then he proceeded to dump a whole Venti size cup in front of a customer and left it for a good 2 to 3 minutes instead of immediately getting it tidied up. the other people that work in the store seem clueless to how to run a Starbucks. The lady that checked this out had no clue of what you were talking about. When you placed an order she would have to say wait a minute and get advice from other people. I know people starting new need help but they’re supposed to be trained a bit better than this lady was. All in all this store needs five negative stars. I would keep going and find another Starbucks if you want your drink in a timely manner and a clean environment. by the way, the restrooms were atrocious. Doesn’t look like they been cleaned in two or three days!

First time at this location, and those folks there are working fast and furious and still manage to look up and greet you as you come in. Service was on point. If I go back to Dripping I'll definitely stop in again. Only drawback is that you can't order ahead but I'm sure it's coming. Thanks guys!Vegetarian options: Lots of snack or quick breakfast options.Parking: Big parking lot so even if you can't park in front you can park on the side.Wheelchair accessibility: No stepsDietary restrictions: There are options.
I have been having a particularly difficult week and the sweet woman who was at the window completely made my day. She was so kind to me and that kindness bled into the rest of my morning, I've been smiling since I got my coffee! :)

I went here this morning for mother's Day. I ordered ahead and when we got there there was nowhere to park and when I got inside it was absolutely slammed. We had to wait a long time for our coffee but by doing that I watched the staff working as efficiently and as quickly as possible to serve their customers. I did see an angry customer or two and the staff very politely took care of the issue. Everyone seemed like they were working together to get through all the tickets. The woman that served us the coffee was extremely kind even in all the chaos. Eventually I did get my coffee and it was well worth the wait and delicious!
