Great place really good crowd mostly locals and a few outta towers. They let me play guitar on the back porch it was really nice. Great selection of beers. I recommend the hefeweizen.
Friendly staff, authentic regulars, great atmosphere (that's subjective, sorry, the vibe was atmospheric and saloon esq.) Lots of license plates and paintings by local artists. Americana ephemera - old farming stuff, 50s auto relics, vintage glass, flags - and other familiar features of a well loved bar. Varied and interesting beer selection. Locally grounded and community oriented.
Local. (In a good way). That is the word to describe the barber shop. On any given night you will see a full mix of every type of local; always friendly, always welcoming.Beer and wine only with great prices. 20 beers on tab and cheap light beer cans. The taps have a good selection of local brews across all styles. The place lacks any real heat or air, bit it has never been an issue. Lastly they have a large patio for those wonderful central Texas spring days.
