Food is very good. Gluten free and Vegan options are available. Their vegetable toppings are delicious and varied, such sprouts and guacamole in addition to the usual sandwich greens. Staff is very friendly and capable. Service is fast (you stand and order and food is prepared as you watch). My only peeve is that the place is freezing. C'mon guys! I don't need to be preserved! 😄

Out of tea . Old lemons in melted ice. Out of onions. The guy took like three minutes and he couldn't even open the bag of onions to cut more. This job is not that hard. Paid for a drink I didn't get since they were out of tea. The girl who helped me was nice that's the only reason I'm giving three stars. I've seen them get busy here and the sandwich makers are slower than zombies . It's crazy.

I am so glad I decided to try this place!!! It was so good and the ingredients were very fresh, the bread was delicious. I was greeted by a young lady and she was nice and helpful! I got the Austin sub (turkey, bacon avocado) my son got a turkey, lettuce and tomato. I will definitely be going back. The store was very cool and clean. There were a few more workers and all had positive attitudes and engaged with the customers. I enjoyed my experience and will be coming back. Thank you.

Super slow service. 2 people working but 1 completely ignored the waiting customers. Was more interested in online fulfillment rather than the in person line to the door.

Very disrespectful when you see a customer 5 minutes before 9 PM and closed the door on his face turn your face around on and walk away from them. 3-1-25 8:55 if the management wants to ck videotape.I’m so proud of a local thundercloud subs, but it is a very big disappointment today. Thundercloud you lost me as a loyal customer.

Went here and they had no ingredients. Out of most of the breads, meats, and vegetables. At least the food was fresh! It was pretty ridiculous, I had to order something completely different. I have never experienced this at any other location, having gone to at least 5 of their locations in Austin for several years now.

I've been a customer of thunder clouds for years I walk in there and totally being ignored as a customer sat there for about 5-10 minutes and the gentleman merit m e r r i t t is the one I would like to file a complaint on on Merritt I will not ever step foot in another thunderclouds and I will not recommend any of my family or friends to thunderclouds
