If you are the owner of this Whataburger I strongly suggest you contact me before I employ an attorney to contact you with video evidence. I am going to send the video to the ACLU, and the NAACP if I need to. I’d frankly define this situation as a hornets nest. I recognize your right to refuse service to anyone however your discriminatory treatment of my wife and child is not tolerable. Furthermore your manager took things a step further and actively retaliated against my wife in a public drive thru line, up to and including blocking her car and preventing her from leaving the parking lot even when she had been told to never return because of French fries. I remind you my wife thought enough to record your pleasant manager who came out to the car and verbally /accosted my wife while making numerous discriminatory remarks to her just for asking for a fresh meal; we did not expect to be served for free. Your manager served my wife cold undercooked chicken. My wife brought the food back not for a refund or handout but for a fresh hot meal like Whataburger is supposed to be known for. Your reasoning was “we have brought cold food back before.” Yes you are correct, this restaurant continually serves cold food not fit for consumption and we the local community who prop up your business and who eat here are just fools to expect it to be hot every time? Listen once or twice is one thing, but this street runs both ways. My wife absolutely returned the meal as it is cold and your operation manger told my wife last time that your behavior was unacceptable. You are a restaurant, you serve hot fresh food to people no? Is that not the standard? I’m also a career restaurant and hospitality worker starting in the back kitchen of a small family Mexican restaurant. I know just how hard your staff works and it’s sad they work for such disrespectful and lazy mangers who refuse to drop a fresh batch of frozen chicken in a deep fryer. “Don’t come back here again.” Your manager said to my wife because she asked for hot chicken strips and fries. The operations manager will be contacted again tomorrow. Make it right. Show some respect for the guys that show up every day and do work hard and care about serving a good quality product every time, even if it is Whataburger. Dripping Springs doesn’t have a lot of quicker options. It’s a shame this franchise cares less about anything other than their names showing up in local school advertising. Contact me for your copy of your manger’s interaction with my wife. It could have been as simple as remaking some French fries. My wife is a teacher at the local elementary school as well. Do you know how many of the teachers and faculty are going to see this video? Cold French fries are not the issue here. You treat my wife and child this way and frankly this simple Google review is not the extent to which I am about to make sure that restaurant does not serve cold fries or blatant discrimination again.

This is my third time coming here and they are too slow, they spend their time talking and they don't serve the staff, when you ask, what happened with my order, they tell you that you have to wait and 20 minutes or 30 minutes go by and your order still hasn't come out.

Food it good but they take FOREVER, even in the drive thru and at all times of day. Slowest fast food place I have ever been that has stayed consistently slow
I was quickly reminded why I don’t treat myself to eating out anymore. I stopped for breakfast as I walked in the employee scattered like cockroaches. I stood at The front counter, they turned around, looked at me and then looked away and continued playing on their phones I gave up and left without a meal. No one seem to care. Nor wanted in my business.
