Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Nothing to share about food as we stopped to get ice cream. We stopped at the ice cream counter and recoeved NO SERVICE! We had 5-6 employees look in our direction and said NOTHING to us! I actually worked at a Braums a long time ago as an Assistant Manager. If I saw that on my shift the manager and I would have written up everyone that did nothing. Unacceptable!

Can't actually leave a review of the food because I didn't have any. After waiting for at the register for someone to take my order for 10 minutes. There were plenty of workers. I just left and so did several other customers. They weren't busy. Just didn't want to take our order I guess. 6:30pm 12/20/2024.

They had me wait in the drive through ordering screen for a solid 10 minutes after having said 'give me one second'. I wait then say "hello?" They tell me to wait again. All in all, I spent 13 minutes just waiting to order, not even counting the 10 it took for the car in front of me to order. It was ridiculous, and when they finally did decide to take my order I was given attitude. Everything was fine until I was given attitude after having to wait for 23 minutes to order. Like seriously???

Had to wait because they were cooking up a fresh batch of chicken strips. Got gifted some French fries for the trouble. Friendly, professional and efficient staff. Tasty food

Every visit to Braums is a treasure, and while our inaugural experience was momentarily hindered by a lack of counter support, the team's dedication shone through. Although the initial fries were warm and lacking flavor, the new batch was wonderfully yummy!! As expected, the ice cream 🍨 was amazingly spectacular!!

I always get the same ice cream every time I go (banana split with all vanilla ice cream) they always get my order wrong. Either they put the wrong toppings or it’s the wrong ice cream. I can repeat my order many times and remind at the window or counter and they can still get it wrong. This past time I didn’t go myself but they still got it wrong. I actually called this time and they didn’t even pick up😒

Craving biscuits and gravy. Went through the drive through. Ordered biscuits and gravy and a Diet Dr. Pepper. Biscuits were hard as hockey pucks. Couldn't eat them. Total waste of money. Very disappointed in the quality of my food.

Love the food but the always forget to put straws or sauce even after you ask them.

This place needs to do a better job at keeping ice cream in stock! Always out of chocolate chip and chocolate chip cookie dough

Vegetarian options: Cheeseburger with extra veggies was delicious except for the soggy bun😗 next time I'll order it without the sauce and mayo.

I always love finding a restaurant I’ve never been to before. And this was my first term at Braums.
In Dumas.
The hamburger I had was a jalapeño and pepper jack cheese is, and it was amazing. And the ice cream hit the spot as well. Just what I needed after a spicy jalapeño burger.

Parking: Something I appreciated about the parking lot is there’s an area for big rigs and trucks

I have been passing by Braum's locations in a handful of different states for the last 3 years! Telling myself every time that I needed to stop and try one sometime! Well that day was today, and I can tell you with zero doubt or hesitation that I will DEFINITELY be back!!!
I have a habit of being, not necessarily harsh, but I have a high standard for giving five star reviews! But this one I did not have to think of even for a moment!!
This place was absolutely perfect, from the cleanliness, to the friendliness of the staff, to the AMAZING burger and malt!! To the prices that to be completely honest dumbfounded me!! A bacon cheeseburger, a large fry, and a chocolate malt it's "not supposed to" cost less than $10 these days! It's also few and far between that restaurants like this have parking for truck drivers such as myself! I was surprised to find out that this location also has groceries! I give this place a 10/10, I would recommend it to anyone!!!
