How you can screw up an order 3 times is beyond me, Instead of just fixing the order they wanted to argue about the items they missed and say that they were in the bag. The staff is slow and inattentive. Never stopping at this location again. Honestly I wish people would take their jobs seriously instead of acting like they deserve a pay check. Self righteous snobs is probably the best description of the staff at the McDonalds in Dumas TX.

I walked in at 6:16 on a Sunday evening ordered off the touch screen did not get a number so I had to ask the staff they were on it looked up the number gave it to me and I got my food with the custom order in less than a minute supervisor was monitoring staff as they handed out stuff I was really impressed with the flow and how the manager on duty was on it haven't seen McDonald's that good in quite some time. Plus we got ketch of a napkins which many don't provide impressive Plenty of parking in the back for an RV towing and other plus you got a whole ball parking lot behind you.

Forgot to give , day order and gave breakfast instead, must be high or something, 2nd time this weekend 😕
I forgot to use a coupon after I ordered. The manager didn't want to void the order to allow me to use it. Said she couldn't cause I ordered at the kiosk, and the order had already gone to the back. She could have voided it and redone it. It was a choice to either take care of the customer or be lazy.
