I guess this McDonald’s simply doesn’t believe in salt? Week after week, month after month, and year after year, the fries have sucked. No salt, usually cold or lukewarm. One of the worst McDonald’s in the panhandle in that regard. Drive thru folks are nice and professional, not their fault. But damn, salt your fries!

I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and when i received my order it had coffee all over the lid meaning they just reused another lid from another kid. The whole smoothie was ruined it only tasted like coffee.

The worst experience inhave ever had at a McDonald's by far! Food was wrong twice and when it was finally right everything was cold and the fries tasted raw. Wont ever go back to this location.

Drove through on Saturday around 1:45pm. The two guys working the drive-thru need to be taught how to interact with customers. The one who was taking orders clearly couldn't wait to be done helping people, and when I placed my order he kept saying "What else?" in the most inconvenienced tone ever. When I said nothing else, he didn't say anything and I drove to the window to pay (assuming I was supposed to). I heard him continue to speak to the car at the other station with the same tone of inconvenience. When I got to the window, there was another employee and both of them were giggling. This new guy told me how much I owed, took my card, swiped it, handed it back and slammed the window shut and went back to the ever so important conversation he was having with his coworker. The individual who pulled up behind me seems to have had an even less pleasant interaction, as she was shaking her head after paying. The only reason this place got any stars is because the female who provided me my food was at least courteous. When I tried calling to speak to a manager, I was sent straight to voicemail. Is this what McDonald's trains their employees to be like?

Blonde kid, Got my order wrong and then was rude at the window for the mistake they made. I ordered a medium I don't care that I paid for a small dude just let me pay for the right one and do your job.
What I consumed was delicious, the only detail is that the cashier was a bit shocking, I don't know if there is a lack of staff but I waited a long time

Everything about this place was welcoming. The manager on duty was helpful, courteous, and very kind. I'm sorry I did not get her name, but she went above and beyond. Closing time was 10:00PM for the dinning room, but she allowed my family extra time to eat and enjoy our meal. She has no idea how helpful that gesture was as we have been traveling straight from Washington State since Friday at noon.
