“Real Texas” restaurant in every way, from nicely-kept rustic western decor to banana pudding in the salad bar, and a friendly server with a big smile and penciled-in eyebrows. Long road trip. Stopped in Dumas, TX for the night. Tired and hungry. Went to Pecos Steakhouse. WOW!! Great food. There was a Salad Bar!! I can't recall all the different salads.
