My husband and I stopped in around 2:30 pm on a Monday afternoon hoping to catch a very late lunch as we had been on the road for 3 + hours from CO. Y’all, I am originally from TX and know many people from the Dumas area but this place was an absolute SHAME! We make this trip 1-2 times a week on our way to Canyon TX. We’ve always been through at an off-ish hour so we thought the lack of a crowd was due to the time we made it through town. I now assume that it’s actually because of how terribly the establishment is ran and how horribly unclean the dining area is as well as the bathroom. As soon as we walked in, we were met with a man that was speaking plain English but we literally could not understand him due to his communication skills. He asked “if he could help us”, we said yes, there will be two of us. (long awkward pause) He said “do you know what you want” (while sliding us a menu over the counter) I replied with- “we were hoping to sit down and have a look at the menu.” (another painful long pause) The man acted like that was going to be a huge problem. He finally told us to “sit wherever”. We went into the dining area and approached 2-3 different tables before choosing the least dirty option. I sat my stuff down and headed to the bathroom, asking my husband to “order me a tea if anyone comes to back before I do”. I went to the absolutely filthy women’s restroom and returned to the table as my husband told me that the waiter/host came back to take the drink order and he ordered a tea for me. It was then that he returned to say “our tea machine is broken”. We both just looked at each other and decided to go elsewhere. I can’t even begin to describe how awkward the whole encounter was. Like, literally felt like we were not supposed to be coming in at all. At one point when we first walked in (during the mumbled speech from the man up front) I asked “are you open at this time” which was ignored. I think I’m still in shock from this bizarre Pizza Hut encounter. Hope they can get it together before they end up with closed doors at this location because there is no way we were the only ones with this bad of an experience.

We came in about 35 mins before closing time, but still got a piping hot Pepperoni with extra cheese on thin crust. Staff was friendly and we didn't wait long. Thank you again. A++++ and 5 stars! It was delicious!

Ordered pan which I believe is extra charge, received different,cheese on pizza not fully melted, breadsticks were ok but the overall order just wasn’t good. You spend 50$+ dollars for an Order.

Manger of the store argued with me about a messed up order for over 10 minutes on the phone. Called me a liar and said he would not be giving me a refund. He then proceeded to tell me he could give me credit for the order but wouldn’t be accepting any orders from my phone number again. Meaning I’m out $40 for some garbage food and can’t do anything about it. Talk about AWFUL customer service, will never prefer from this Pizza Hut EVER again.
I got some wings to split from there. They told me the boneless were cheaper, and I was like "well I don't want processed wings" so the real wings. Were $12. For 6 wings. $2 a piece wings.
That's crazy right? And then they spun the thing around to ask for a tip after they had me waiting on 12 wings for 35 minutes sitting there all alone with literally no other customers coming in and 6-8 employees working. Maybe wings take that long. I don't know. But.... Yeah

30 min to get a salad , $1 for ranch dressing. Rec pizza while still eating salad and it was not what we ordered she said do we want to get another one made . I said how long will it take - at least 30 min was her answer. We decided to leave . Manager still charged us for salad , dressing and 1 water. I guess she doesn’t care if we ever come back. If she did, she would have just apologized and not charged us for anything. Really bad service, we will not go back.

Everytime I order not only does it take an hour to get the food but by the time i receive it, it’s cold, or just entirely incorrect. There’s not one time Pizza Hut has left me satisfied, and as well for the price of the low quality food, I will not be ordering from yall ever again.

I ordered the hut box, a personal pan pizza, 4 wings and a drink. I also ordered cinnamon sticks on top of that. The order total was a little o we $22!!! I waited an hour and 15 minutes for my order!!! And it was cold!!! They didn’t even have my cinnamon sticks, but I sure paid for them!! It is now 10:10pm and I still have yet to see my cinnamon sticks!! I’m sure headquarters will love to hear about this!! I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THERE AGAIN!!
