I had to repeat my order 3 times. I basically had to yell for the lady so she could understand and my drinks were still wrong. Service there has gone way down the last couple of years. It's sad that I can go to almost any other sonic and get better service and food for that matter.

Ordered 2 chicken sanwichs 1 breaded. 1 grilled. After a long wait got 2 breaded and was very tough plus the cost was over $13. This was my experience.

Manager is super nice person but apparently employees are hard to come by anymore. You will not get a hi or even a thank you anymore. I don't usually review unless super good customer service but you would think we would be appreciated a little bit more since we are daily customers.

Service was horrible person taking my Oder was rude was giving her my order and was saying is that all is that all in the middle of me giving her my Order and I turned to get my passenger food order she proceeded to say push the button when your ready so I pushed button and asked to speak with manager so manager comes out “Yesenia” and she proceeds to be rude saying I could order cause she closed when it was not closing time had a horrible experience will not be returning Sonic needs to train workers on customer service especially a manager

The person taking my order was being rude. In the middle of taking my order she told me to call back when I’m ready to. Mind you I was giving her my order. When I asked for the manager yessina she wanted to be rude. So thank you BURGER KING for their outstanding customer service!! Sonic needs to learn a thing or two from them.

Food is always cold.. and leftover.. especially the onion rings.. always reheated several times.. fries always cold... and takes forever for them to answer speaker... have waited nearly 10 min.. speaker msg says someone will be with you soon.. and that's.. if.. you can find a speaker rhat works

The food is always good, but it sure is expensive. Sometimes they take too long to bring the food, but the employees they have now are kind and professional.
