Terrible experience at this Sonic. We visit more Sonics than I care to admit and this is on the list of the worst. Slow, incredibly unfriendly, food subpar. I use the app and always tip 20% and this is one of those situations where I regret tipping so well because the experience was so bad, which very rarely happens at Sonic.

Horrible Sonic. Burger and fries were cold and tasted like they were a couple hours old plus the bag was ripped half open at the bottom and the carhop said there was ketsup in the bag but there was none... I love Sonic so this was very disappointing. If I hadn't been in a hurry and taken the meal to my hotel around the corner I would have demanded my money back.

Oreo blast had a few bits of Oreo on top and then just vanilla. I would have asked for my money back but then I would have had to talk to the punk kid who made it, and frankly I’ll pay $6 to not have to talk to people like that. Avoid at all costs.

I spent over 30 minutes last night sitting in a stall waiting for Frencho to bring out my drink. He served customers who pulled up 5-15 minutes after me and even after bringing to his attention that I ordered a drink and that it had been 5 minutes since the scan to bring it out happened. He said he was sorry and went back in only to serve another customer who arrived after I did. After witnessing this I called in and asked why it was taking so long and repeated my order mind you it was no food just a drink and all of the sudden the drink comes out I should not have had to pay for the drink and he kept my $2.00 that should have been my change. I use to work for this franchise in mg teen years and never no matter how busy we were thought of A. Disregarding a customer, or B have not offered the customer their change.
