The two hispanic girls working were both sitting down eating when we walked in, we waited at the counter for 5 mins before one of them finally came over and kicked us out due to my boyfriend's required service animal. When we googled their policy and showed it to them they told us we needed to leave because they "don't want to clean pee" even though service animals are trained to not use the bathroom inside. These two girls are incredibly rude and ignorant to ADA Policies.

The women working at this subway on 7/26 literally talked about my husband right in front of him in Spanish not thinking that he could understand them. Well he speaks Spanish… and could understand every terrible thing they were saying about him for no reason (all he had done was walk in the building and get in line to order). Unprofessional and just mean. Don’t go here.

Waited a little long in drive thru but once I ordered it was done pretty quick. It was the best sub I've had in a while. Perfect. And the drive thru worker was great. Attentive. He did his job well.
Tried to use the drive thru but couldn’t. Went inside and saw flies everywhere, around the food, the n the ceiling, tables, it was really annoying and disgusting. The only reason I stayed to eat was because these two Hispanic ladies were the ones preparing the sandwiches. They were nice, attentive and prepared my meals patiently, although they looked a bit tired and frustrated because they didn’t know English and the were trying really hard to understand the orders coming in. I would suggest to control the flies issue and give these humble and beautiful ladies more support if you’re going to have them work for you.
