I had seen recently on Facebook that the restaurant had new tables that paid tribute to all the Dalhart local businesses and it made me think I hadn't been there in a while, so we decided to go for an early dinner. We ordered tacos and drinks. The service was friendly and fast, the drinks were cold. However, my dinner was interrupted by pests! The flies in the restaurant were in the dozens and they were relentless. On top of that the person I went with went to grab a plastic fork for his meal and found a cockroach in the utensil bin. While it outwardly looked clean, there are some hidden troubles that need to be dealt with before I return.

We walked in at 8:56pm and they said we couldn’t dine in cause they close at 10 but start cleaning at 9! The place was filthy - From the floor to the salsa bar and let’s not mention the restrooms! Here’s a lil tip - Clean during your shift and you won’t have to close an hour early!!The guy infront of us was upset because they over charged him!! The cashier was rude as heck to him!!

We should have walked out. There was a loud high pitched ringing the whole time we were there that was almost painful. There are no diet drinks so my husband asked for water and was told there was no water! They said they had tap water but never got it for him. Food was uninspired. I ordered the chili relleno and it was blah. Just the whole chili with a layer of cheese and fried.

The aguas frescas are delicious and the Al Pastor taco was top notch. Very flavorful, lots of parking and clean restaurant and bathrooms. Great pitstop for a hungry family.

We stopped here 2 times when we where in town.The ladies where so kind and gave us toppings for the tacos when we asked for extra.The tacos are so delicious I haven’t tasted tacos this good in a while. 10/10 definitely recommend!
