I think they could do better.not sure why a enchilada plate was faster than the hominy water by more than 4 minutes. Most places put pig or cow feet and bay leaf. Maby ice took the cook away.
Too many tvs on and atleast 3 radios batling for what's louder. Chaos is all I can come up with to describe it.no menue options to add tacos barbacoa carne guisada ect. Its a 1/2 step better than taco bell. Spent $50 not sure why it so expensive for a little hominy and tripe.

I really enjoyed the food and atmosphere at this restaurant. It's a great place to have a business or social lunch / dinner. One thing that could be better is the attention to the customers by the wait staff. We waited for refills on our drinks for far too long. For me, that's a huge deal since I physically can not eat without a drink due to an autoimmune condition I have. If they fixed that issue, I would give 5 stars for all three.
