Seated quickly at a table for 6. Only 2 of us. Several tables for 2 available. Server brought chips and our drink order. 20 minutes later and I had to ask for someone to take my order. A different person came. 40 minutes and no food, drinks empty. Others who came in after already had food. Said they were busy but there were many empty tables. 1hr in food arrives. It was wrong. No avocado on fajita salad ad I ordered El Taco and received the chefs combo. Our server who took over, Evee did the best she could, and the only reason I tipped. An hour may not seem excessive, but several people who came in after us had already finished and left.

A few weeks ago my husband and I ate here. The waitress basically stole $100 from us. Here’s what happened- I asked our waitress to give us a bill from another table. A kind gesture of paying it forward. My husband gave her our card for our bill. She ran our card for our bill. He added her tip and signed the receipt. He sat the receipt on his side of the table. I then placed the other tables bill with a $100 bill on my side of the table. Th waitress somehow charged our card for both bills, and pocketed the $100. In doing so, she also took the tip from the other tables waitress. So she stole from both of us. I contacted the manager, who talked to the waitress, and said she admitted to doing it. We did a chargeback on our card, and The Plaza knowing exactly what happened disputed the chargeback and won. How? I don’t know. I have text receipts of all of it. On top of that the food was mid and the frozen drink made me sick, most likely due to not cleaning the machine.

had sorta a late lunch. got there 'bout 1:30. we were seated and waited on right away. food was great, i was really smitten with my tacos, and the beans were awesome. very generous portions, we both needed leftover containers. keep up the good work.

Was there a few days ago. Havs been there many times. No plans to ever return. The ones in Amarillo are much better. Food was really yucky. Wish we had gone to burger place.
Didn't catch the servers name but he was so nice!! I have sensitive ears so we asked to move to a quieter area and he happily moved us. The food was just absolutely AMAZING!! Would so recommend this place!
