The most disgusting place I’ve ever been. The place was dirty the dishes dirty just a mess. The food was cold server was very rude. Me and my friend left it was definitely a no go.

Will never eat at an Apple Bees again…after being seated this is what we saw so we just walked out and did order anything…. How are they still open?

Me and my family went here after a balloon release for my grandma birthday. The service was terrible and it took forever to get our drinks and food. When we did receive our food it was nasty and cold. No apology was given, when you approached them with a problem they just take the stuff out your hand and walk off. Then to later see this is unacceptable, this is probably why the food was discussing.

My husband and I visited Applebee's Grill today 04- 26-2024 at 6:00 PM and after receiving our food my husband noticed a large rat came from underneath one of the booth across from us eating a crumb. My husband told one of the male waiter and nothing was done about it. My husband told a waitress and she said it was her first day she told a manager. The manager came and my husband told him what he just witnessed and the manager just stared looking at him I fled because I was scared and didn't want to see the rat. The manager told us we could leave and will tell the maintenance guy. I couldn't believe the manager acted as if it wasn't a big deal. This is an awful for a place to stay open and operating with rodents. If the rat comes out while customers are eating just I imaginedwhat's going on in the kitchen.

Went in on a Saturday ... probably won't be going back. Our server was cool .. the manager was busy flirting with the pretty girls that were sitting at a table that he quickly gave them as everyone else was told it would be a 20minute wait even tho there was an entire section open .. the drinks were nasty .. we didn't even finish them definitely watered down .. I order half a rack of ribs with fries ... ribs were hard and over cooked fries were the same .. I enjoyed my time cuz of the company I had but will for sure find somewhere next time.
