Just left the store in cedar Hill and the worker refuse to serve my wife and daughter tonight. He said they were out of cups and could not use anything else to serve them . FIRE YMTHAT WORKER!!!

I just went into this store like 3 minutes ago to try and ask if they were hiring and buy a few drinks and there were two people behind the counter and neither of them acknowledged me or said a single thing to me while I stood there for nearly five minutes. I would understand if it was busy or only one person but there was only 3 other people in one group.

This is the worst store for both ice cream and donuts I have ever been in. Empty donut cases, out of many different toppings for ice cream and the service is the worst. I have tried it several times hoping it would get better, but after last night I decided to write a review and call the corporate office. There were two people behind the counter and when we walked in one of the servers took off for the back and never came out again. The one server that was left complained that she was only one person working. She did not apologize or smile or seem happy at all to help. I really like Baskin Robbins ice cream and Dunkin Donuts. I have been a customer of both my whole life and it is a shame that the owner of this franchise cares so little about this store. I guess it is because it is in Southern Dallas County and they think they do not have to be very good to satisfy us.

I ordered a banana split and they 100% disregarded my entire order. They used the flavor ice cream they wanted, they even put nuts that Im allergic to and have to carry an epi pen for on top. I didn't notice until my tongue began to itch. I’ve literally never experienced anything like it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. When we (myself, daughter and 2 grand daughters) walked in, it was completely empty. The two employees were in the back, when the finally came to the front, two more families had come in. From the name on the receipt, Precious was the employee that took my order, I asked to see the size of the small freshly packaged ice cream, she showed me a cone, then I said no the small take home, she showed me the regular, I’m ok, I’m getting my favorite flavor, lemon custard, so I’ll go ahead and take the regular size $9.99, I love lemon custard and B&R is the only ice cream shop I know that sells it. Anyway she proceeded to pack the container and this is what it looked like when she finished, it was not a full container, unlike the other B&R I have patronized. I wish I would have read the reviews before spending my money here. NEVER AGAIN!!!

This has got to be the worst Baskin-Robins in the DFW! The service is poor and they are consistently out of flavors and supplies.
I love Baskin Robbins and always will but this location is closest to my house and I'm always let down by their quality of service. Occasionally there is a new person that does well but 98% of the time the milkshake machine is broken with like 3 hours till close and since when do they NOT have world class chocolate in stock?? Needs better management I think...
