I would love to give this shop all of my business because the staff is so friendly and hard working. They are kind to everyone and give free donuts but the only problem is the taste of the donuts. The freshness or maybe the oil they cook with. I don’t know exactly but I go to the shop down the street where the customer services is not so warm and appreciative but food quality is there.

I been going here for 2 months now the lady at the cash register is SO nice she gives you extra donut holes or sometimes even GLAZED donuts. She always has a smile on her face and if she doesn't have the donut you ask for she'll give you another free of charge. I wish the best for the donut shop.

I love Best Donut! Owners are truly welcoming. I’ve been going here for years. They never treat you as just a customer as she always ask about my grandbabies. I love how I can ask about her Korean culture and she gets so happy to speak about it! God bless them and their business! Definitely recommend to anyone.

Love this place, had a crazy request for a giant donut, they did it. Always so kind, and curtious. The donuts are just amazing. The cake Donuts especially the cinnamon sugar are just my favorite. Best Donuts has been apart of our live for 5 years now, and alway willing to drive a bit further to have them. Thanks for being part of Duncanville Best Donuts.

Really is the Best donuts. Worth driving farther. The couple that run this place are nice, get your donuts fast, and are great bakers. They are so polite, even when rowdy teenagers or crying babies are in the shop. I've seen the shop owner smile and talk to babies babbling while mom is picking out donuts. The spinach pastry is amazing. The donuts that get fried are not over-fried. Nothing ever tastes greasy. Also, their donuts are priced comparable to surrounding donut shops. A dozen of Best Donuts are cheaper than any other shop in the area. They have a good selection of drinks, milks, juices, & coffee. If you are driving, they have a pretty sweet parking situation too. The businesses bordering the shop don't open till noon, so there is a whole bunch of convenient parking, in a huge parking lot that's easy to get in and out of.
