I love braums breakfast and ice cream .
They got my order wrong. They didn't ring up the 2 orders of fries that I ordered. They put onions on my burger and I told them I didn't want onions. They gave me a double burger when I ordered a single. The guy taking my order didn't seem to know what he was doing. The food was very good though.
The sundaes were delicious, but the service was so-so. One lady abandoned ship in the middle of another customer's order.

Clean and professional atmosphere
They got my order completely wrong and when I called them they ignored me first and when I called a second time they were so rude so I just contacted corporate to escalate my issue since I need a refund as I did not get what I paid for.
