First of all that took forever with my order second they forgot to give me my shake that was just drive through I had to go inside to go look for my order and it was not even that busy.

My order was incorrect. What i assume was management was having a discussion with a parent of a employee because the young lady was sick and wanted to sit down for a few minutes NOT GO HOME BUT SIT DOWN and he had a issue with that i always thought and experienced working in food service if you dont feel well you go home because your dealing with food and the public and evidently it was such a problem the young lady called her mom this is a conversation that should have happened away from customers and of course the other young lady taking my food order was so engrossed in what was going on she read my order back to me correctly but still rung it up wrong therefore it was prepared wrongWill i return to this location again? NOWill i continue to eat at braums YES? Just not this locationMy table was dirtyMy food was wrongManagement needs better trainingAnd the restroom needs hand towels so you dont have to walk to the front of the store hands dripping from washing in the bathroom to dry them

Drive thru attendant was very condescending and rude. I ordered 2 meals and asked for 4 sides of Braum’s sauce. She stated she couldn’t do that and she could only give me 2. 1 for each meal. I then asked if I could pay for the other 2 and she stated she didn’t know how to charge for them so she couldn’t. A manager was able to assist her but the tone never changed during the transaction.This store needs to coach their staff on how to run the pos system as well as maybe some extra training in customer service.

For over a decade this location has had the WORST management. On the weekends you will sit in their drive through line for 20-25 mins no exaggeration. Go somewhere else if you don't want to waste a portion of your life in their line.

When you buy 2 scoops of ice cream in a cup it looks like only 1 but he said it was 2 very disappointed ? and you had no spoons out I usually go in Desoto Braums won't be back to yours

Hell no. I’ve had 2 experiences where I’ve been targeted and mistreated for NO reason at THIS location. I will order my food, pay and then proceed to the window to retrieve my food. Once I’m there, I’m told to pull up (outside of the line) and wait for my food to be brought out. And it NEVER IS. 10 minutes pass by and by now I’m upset/angry because everybody else is getting their food EXCEPT me. What the hell? So I get back in line to demand my food and the excuse is, “Sorry, we forgot” or “Sorry about that”I don’t know what that is about but I won’t accept that treatment.

This place has the worst service. We went through the drive thru for a medium chocolate shake and a double dip. We watched them try to hand the wrong order to the car in front of us. When we got to the window, they tried to hand us a Coke Shake(?). They told us to pull forward and we waited for 20 minutes before having to go in to request a refund. Literally no point to go here.The girl at the window was the assistant manager and didn’t know how to do anything. She looked dumbfounded by the request for a refund after waiting 40 minutes for two things.
