My team and I ordered a Carne Asade fry full and half order, and an order of wings and fries. This is what we received! We called to try to get the situation rectified, and were told that the manager wasn't there and we offered to send pictures that we weren't lying. I would love for a manager to teach out to my ASAP.

Food has always been consistent. Wait time is reasonable for the great tasting food that's coming. From asada fries to their phillys to their fried oreos. Banger after banger after banger. Customer service is marvelous. Their menu has a good variety to choose from. There is definitely something for everyone to enjoy!!!!!! Keep up guys!

Was my second time here , first time went great but second time around made me wait 30 mins for my order and they gave the couple that order after us their food first not sure if they messed up and gave them our order so they had to remake my order . So I asked for my refund and the employee ask me the food was coming out but it wasn’t so I had basically tell her twice and she refunded me eventually. Not to mention someone stormed yelling at the manager girl about how they forgot her sauces in her order. It’s sad to know this place is very unprofessional , whoever keeps coming back , it’s like running back to your ex 💀 if they mess up just go to juicys seafood in cedar hill they took care of us🫶
