I spent 20 minutes in the drive thru. I paid and asked for queso liquid queso on side. I get home and they put extra cold un-melted cheese on my nachos. Now I have to microwave my cold nachos to melt the cheese. Who wants microwave meals that are supposed to be hot. Unbelievable never going back

I don't mind spending money on food, as long as it's good .was very disappointed there Agua fresca was going to be out of date . I got to my job site , I really thought I was going to enjoy my food , was very disappointed , I got 5 tacos only ate 1. just because it says tacos , does not mean there food is good . Really think twice on going .

Ordered the taco plate to go and I didn’t even get to eat my food because their was a hair in my rice and I know it wasn’t mine because their beans were covering part of the rice and when I moved it over the hair was there. Called to complain and all they said was they would replace the rice and beans. Keep in mind, I live 20 min away. You want me to drive all the way back for rice and beans?! How do I not know if there’s something else in my food? And you can’t even replace the whole plate. After I spent over $20. Definitely will not be going back.

They barely served any rice, rice was already rotten had a funny taste to it, tacos we’re super greasy dripping oil, and agua fresca (pineapple) was already old had a sour taste.
Always check food , they give you the sauce they want you to have even if red sauce is too spicy. I always buy extra guacamole but never get it. I have large chucks of fat on my fajita nachos. West dallas location is way better.
