I pull up to the speaker took about 15 minutesbefore I got my order taken there were no cars in line & still got my order wrong the food look like it had been sitting there under the heat lamp for awhile it was old & dried out even the fries the only thing was worth paying for was my drinkš

This location has a great manager's special until 2pm. The service is friendly. The food is good. There is usually a line at lunch but that is because of the good food.
Iām really disappointed in the quality of my okra. First time here and the lady at the drive thru was nice but to come home and see this nonsense was really upsetting. These are burned!

The young man running the drive thru window on the 23 at 9 pm needs to be trained. We pulled up and he came over the speaker and mumbled something about us ordering. I ordered my spouses meal and before I could even finish getting the words out of my mouth he came back in shouting words I couldnāt quite understand. We finally clarified the side for her meal and the drink and he shouted, ā THAT IT?!ā I replied that we needed a roll for her meal. He then told me to pull up. I told him I hadnāt finished yet and tried to order my meal. He never came back on after about 3 minutes and I noticed the cars had all pulled up and now Iām holding up the line growing behind me. I decided that any further attempts to get my food order would be met with resistance so I just paid for my spouses order and patiently waited. He came out the window with the payment machine and I tapped it and it went through. He just stood there with the payment machine in my face. I told him it went through and he handed us my spouses box and closed the window. After another minute he came back out and said āDID YOU NEED SOMETHING?!ā I replied yes we had a sweet tea with her order. He said he didnāt know. I finally said ā well I was going to order more but you cut me off at the box and never let me orderā. He replied āHave a blessed dayā. So I ended up having to go elsewhere for my meal. I donāt know if he was on drugs or what but he wasnāt listening and acting normal in anyway. New to the area and will never try this chicken express again. Itās a shame.

They overcooked my meal and forgot to give me one of my sides. The store ran out of all their sides except for fries, corn nuggets, and poppers. This was my worst experience at a Chicken Express.

Ordered two number ones. Got to my destination to eat. Opened the box to find two pieces of chicken and half fries. Called and spoke with Aaron who told me he would give me two tenders on my next return. Wow. Thanks for fulfilling my order. Now thatās customer service at its best! Itās no wonder there were no cars in the drive through. Now, I know why. Last time you will get my money.
