The food is good and done well, but my only real complaint as a chipotlane user is that ill end up waiting sometimes for 10 minutes. I understand that it can get busy, but when 6 cars are just waiting to be handed a bag thats already made it gets a bit frustrating. Especially since ive been late to work a few times during those 10 minute periods.

I live close by so I always order from here but I never complain. Today I am. I got double protein and I used the app to get the x2 protein because I had points to redeem for it. I got the double protein BUT they gave me less rice. They always do that. Less of the other more of the other. I either get more protein less rice or less protein more rice.

I have never been to a Chipotle as bad as this one. Observed no one in line, and all the workers on break instead of refilling crucial ingredients to ensure availability to customers. Had to ask for fresh carne, guacamole, and other toppings, as the staff insisted on scrapping the bottom of the containers instead of filling them. The manager was having a personal conversation with the cashier about her nail that broke while she was in process of ringing my order. I purchased a beer, no offer for a bottle opener. Trash was filled to the top, and tables were dirty. Staff seemed bothered by requests for fresh ingredients, even though the commercials for Chipotle boasts fresh ingredients. If this store was my only option for eating at Chipotle, I would do without, just like the 3 customers who walked out while I waited. #DoBetteryou chargenough

These employees are so lazy and I think they hate themselves. Every time I ask for extra chicken that I am charged for I either don’t get it or get big chunks of fat or big weird pieces.

While the servers are nice enough and portion size good, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired! Is no one policing cross contamination of the ingredients? A huge clump of guac was in the cheese and even when I asked about it no one bothered to cleaned it out of the cheese! Food tastes great but the presentation we as customers see while being served is very unappetizing! Can management bring the cleanliness level way up? WE CAN SEE ALL THE MESS!
