It's hit or miss with this location here! Sometimes, the meat isn't hot, or it's dry and burnt. The last time I was there, I had a coupon from my account on the app for free tortilla chips, and they were not in the bag when I got home. This was due to the servers being in a rush behind the counter.
the manager on line ate down!!!! i believe her name was nicole! my first time ever at chipotle and she explained everything in detail while dealing with a long line of people and CLEARED the line by herself in a timely fashion! 10/10 customer service. Thank you again nicole!
I usually go to chipotle in grand prairie but I gave this one a shot and a girl in a collared shirt i think her name was nicole? She was very sweet and efficient! Definitely going back, I hope she’s the manager because wow!!
