The food is good and done well, but my only real complaint as a chipotlane user is that ill end up waiting sometimes for 10 minutes. I understand that it can get busy, but when 6 cars are just waiting to be handed a bag thats already made it gets a bit frustrating. Especially since ive been late to work a few times during those 10 minute periods.
It's hit or miss with this location here! Sometimes, the meat isn't hot, or it's dry and burnt. The last time I was there, I had a coupon from my account on the app for free tortilla chips, and they were not in the bag when I got home. This was due to the servers being in a rush behind the counter.
the manager on line ate down!!!! i believe her name was nicole! my first time ever at chipotle and she explained everything in detail while dealing with a long line of people and CLEARED the line by herself in a timely fashion! 10/10 customer service. Thank you again nicole!
