On Sat 01/10/2026, I had an experience at this fast-food establishment that I would like to address. After completing my shift at work, I placed an order through the drive-thru for the $7 deal with an additional patty. A young black female employee asked me to move to the front to wait for my order. After approximately 15 minutes, the employee brought my order to me; however, when I inquired about the missing items, specifically a drink and a sundae, her response was less than courteous. I noted that my drink was only half full. In an effort to resolve the issue amicably, I kindly asked her to fill my drink. Unfortunately, her demeanor remained unprofessional, which was disappointing. While she did refill my drink, I felt the need to verify its contents for quality, given the circumstances. I subsequently requested the manager's contact information from another employee for further escalation, but was unable to obtain it. After leaving, I discovered at home that my burger did not include the additional patty; it was dry, with no mustard or mayo, and the fries were old. I had paid $11.15 for the order. I believe it’s important to bring these matters to attention to ensure better service in the future, and I will not recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for your consideration.

I've been to this Dairy Queen various times and they never have Hot Fudge at this location. ORDER SOME HOT FUDGE PEOPLE. Or take off the option off the menu.

The youngsters working this establishment are rude, incompetent and have no customer service skills. We were over charged and asked for a refund and were told that they were short on change. We received eye rolls and bad service. 4:45-5pm on Saturday 1/3.

They need better service. I ordered my food in tge drive thru and waited over 30 minutes since they told they will bring out my food. My sundae melted and she refused to give me another one and food was cold. I tried to give them one more chance. Stay in Duncanville. I learned my lesson dealing with your restaurant

They need better packaging for delivery orders. Stickers on drinks, shakes and staple bag or have a sticker or something to close bag. Shake was open for anything to get in it. No sticker on drink as well. Definitely need some changes in that area.

took 30 minutes…definitely take the time to drive to a different location because your gonna wait in line longer than it takes to go somewhere else.
