I always order from here and usually have no complaints.
Today I did a carry out and when I was at the front , I saw 2 girls in the kitchen with really long big hair . Although they both had braids the ends of the braids were long and straight and can easily get into the pizza. They should be required to wear hairnets and if their hair is too big or heavy for the hairnet, maybe they shouldn’t be in the kitchen
Some reason they keep burning the pizza
I ordered curbside waited 10 past the ready time. I had to take my child out of the car seat and go in (the reason why I do curbside). I was told it wasn't ready, and I replied it was ready 10 minutes ago. Well, she double-checked, and now it's on the shelf. Make it almost halfway home, and something told me to double-check. I checked both boxes of pizza, and it was correct. I checked the brownie box, and it was a HALF EATED PIZZA. Yes, you did read that right, a HALF EATED PIZZA. Crust and all. Went back, took my child out of the car seat, and showed them the box. They handed me the brownies and gave a "sorry" I guess that fixes everything. I even gave them a tip when I ordered.

For the 4th time in 5 orders one of our pizzas was not correct; it was built wrong or more likely mixed up with someone else's, which means someone else also received the wrong pizza.
What do we have to do to get credit for this mix-up? Who can we contact, because no one answers the store phone.
... Otherwise your pizzas are great! My wife is a vegetarian and will not eat pizza with meat on it.
Ordering 15m before close, says it’ll take 12m to make, and they call me to tell me they’re not taking orders, just so they can close early. This is the second time it’s happened in a month. If you wanna close at 11:45, say you close at 11:45, not midnight.

The price is too high for my pizza to be over baked almost burnt. Horrible customer service I ordered a pizza and salad never received the salad was assured someone was coming to my place to make things right delivery driver never came. Never got a phone call refund or credit.

I placed an order for Carry out worse experience ever. I ordered meatzza and 8 piece plain wings at 11:29pm, get home and find a live bug crawling in the pizza.i recorded it call location and was told to send the video to a phone number of one of the managers. Then was told I had to bring the pizza back to the location and they will remake the pizza or credit.i told them that is not fair for me to do that, have the driver deliver my remake order and was told no because she won't deliver it if she's not getting paid. I told now the general manager that is the policy and I said we'll you pay her to bring my remake order as I am the customer who found the live bug in their pizza. I told them now we have to go without eating because of the policy. I'm not going to even tell the gossip that was happening while customer's are in there just unacceptable. I will not be returning or ordering from this location ever again. I will be looking for the corporate or franchise owner to let them know this is unacceptable.

Before even handed my pizza the young man insisted I pay first. Then handed me my order.
Of course I checked the order! My pizza was burnt and dry. When I told the employee I wanted it remade, he spoke with the manager . The manager said well what’s the problem it just came out five minutes ago . As he checked the receipt . I stated loudly it is burnt and dry. It’s seen as if he did not understand after checking the pizza . In the meanwhile I take a seat & I see he is having a side conversation with the employees about the order. Everyone laughing and on their phones.
No they did not remake my entire order so my parm knots and cinnamon sticks are cold.
If I could rate this experience 0 stars I definitely would. I will not return.

Update! I called to know what happened and they even said , they give extra ham , that they make it according the standard, that it’s 12 pieces of ham on the pizza ,in my picture they count 14 ,,, lmao … I reply oh! Wow! Thank you for the consideration, what a joke !!!

I tried my order online twice, didn't get an email notification so called the store. I was on hold 9 min the first time, called back and was on hold over 20 min the second time, while my husband drove there. No one ever answered. Very, very bad customer service! With all due respect, please don't give me the standard apology about not living up to the 5 star rating. Fix customer service!
