I don't know how they delivered so fast today but I had 3 hungry kids getting on my nerves and you all saved the day. People are quick to get on here and leave bad reviews when you do something wrong, and I'm people, so when you do something excellent those same people need to share that experience as well.

USED to be my location of choice, not anymore! Pizzas lack sauce and crust hard as a rock! Just terrible!! Called after returning home with my order to find my pizzas were dry as well as my bread bites. I requested a remake of my order OR refund and was advised that I needed to return ro the store with my entire order. It's after 7pm on a school night! This will be my last visit there.****UPDATE: Today I called to tell them that I was returning the Pizzas and etc to be remade and Nina the Manager did NOT honor her word! She stated that I did not speak with them on yesterday and refused to remake my order. Absolutely Ridiculous!! I then asked for the number to Domino's Corporate! I have filed a complaint against this store. How dare they treat customers this way!

So- I placed an order around 9:10 PM- and after an hour, I called the store. The person basically sped through the phone call. 10:30 PM rolls around and still nothing. I called again. A nicer guy explains how the deliveries work. That's fine, as long as I get my food. 11:30 PM rolls around, still nothing. Called a THIRD TIME. And turns out it was "delivered"- but at the wrong address. The store blamed us for for not being clear with the delivery instructions when it was the driver's fault who wasn't paying attention to what street he was on. Here is it now 12 AM- no food, hungry and pissed that nothing was really done to fix this. Sure- all they could do is issue a refund, but didn't bother with a redelivery, and only gave us the option to carryout. And no mention about the points I redeemed either.Never again will I order from this location

This dominos is the worst dominos in the metroplex. I have been giving them chance after chance since they opened due to the fact that it is so close to my residence. Every time I try It I regret it. The pizza is always over cooked and It doesn’t fail to hurt my stomach. Little Cesar’s, papa johns, pizza inn and Pizza Hut are way better. It is Sad that I have this dominos down the street and have to drive to oak cliff on hampton/Illinois location to get good dominos pizza.

On 12/20, my teenaged client ordered a pizza and additional items to be delivered exactly across the street to Center of Attraction Hair Gallery. After the order was delivered, it was discovered that pizza slices were missing and the other food items were not hot.I decided to handle this situation for my teenaged client because the outcome may have been different and because I am this salon's owner that is an approved Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation Continuing Education Provider who teaches health safety and sanitation. When I walked over to Dominoes, the employee that delivered the food saw me coming and started laughing before I entered the building. She then lied and said she gave me the wrong order and that they were making me another pizza. I explained to her that the order was correct and that she intentionally did what she did and a refunded was requested. She laughed throughout this entire process, apologized, but showed no remorse in what she did.I asked for the manager who witnessed this conversation, who issued the refund, but never said a word. The continued laughter of the insubordinate employee was very provoking in addition to knowing that the employee tampered with and stole the food. She was advised that corporate would be called and that she was going to lose her job and her response was, "so, I will find me another one". My suggestion to Dominoes is to allow her to do just that because she is bad for your brand!I reported this incident to the Duncanville Health Department and sent a message through Twitter from @SharlaWooten. I have not heard from anyone at this time and do not feel confident in this locations onsite management that was on staff the day of this incident. I am a proud Duncanville business owner of 20 years who is known to be a good neighbor and I do not plan to patronize this location again. Great tasting food, piping hot, fast service!Parking: The lot is laid out with a very difficult to navigate entrance and less than usual space to maneuver. Plenty of spots, but hard to access them
Domino's is not my place no more, because they burned my pizza all the time and I asked them please do not burn my pizza, but they don't listen, and other things it shows on TV that Pizza are $6:99, and is not ture they charge you more money and they say is the taxes, that is a bunch of lies, I give it a 000,,

I received 2 pizzas by curb side, I'm about 5 minutes away, got home, and my thin crust was worthless and cooked til it was burntCalled back and spoke with Nina or Nene, and she stated she was the manager. I explained about how horrible my pizza was, and she said something was wrong with the oven, and she has someone coming out to look at it.Well, she offers me 20% off my next pizza.Manager, WHAT ABOUT MY NOW( present)PIZZA???????CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE THESE DAYS!!!!!

Mannnnn…… what an ordeal. 1: the app glitches and it has then deliver the pizza to THEMSELVES! They didn’t call… to let us know there was a problem we had to wait until it said delivered. Then we called and this guy put us on hold permanently. Had to call back twice. Finally a nice girl answered and apologized. We thought it was solved. NOPE. Had to call back another 30 mins later. They didn’t remake them. They finally remade them and got them delivered.. ok great! Right..? WRONG none of the pizzas were as ordered! How hard is this???
