Ordered online and drove up to the window like I normally do. A heavyset woman who had just arrived came to the window to tell me she’d seen me drive up and that I needed to get in the line behind the other cars. I told her that defeated the purpose of a mobile order and I’d rather just come inside if my order wasn’t ready. I asked her if it was and she told me she didn’t know because she’d just gotten there. So she closed the window and another person gave our drinks and told me to wait. So i waited and waited. A teenager finally brought our sandwiches but something told me to check. The bacon on one of the sandwiches was totally uncooked so I just asked for my money back. We’d used ApplePay and the girl asked if we had the card. We didn’t so she told us to pull around to the front. So we sat there for about 5 minutes and I called customer service. I didn’t want to go inside because I already knew the employees were ignorant and I didn’t want to get caught up. So customer service took my information and I’m waiting for someone to call me for my refund.
I’ve noticed that customer service in Duncanville is non existent so I usually avoid shopping in this area. We know there will be no consequences for the employees so I just won’t go back. I refuse to spend my little money where I’m mistreated.

This morning, I thought I wanted a donut and when I pulled up in drive thru and saw they had avocado toast I changed my mind. Why not take my chances? The picture looked good. LOL.
I must say this avocado toast that I added bacon to was absolutely delicious. The seasonings, the bacon, the toast all perfection. Great job Dunkin!

Went yesterday and purchased a bagel and caramel machiato. Coffee had no sweetener. Tasted like black coffee. Thought i would try one last time. Went today and purchased a blueberry donut iced coffee the milk was spoiled. I tried calling but no one answered and vm is not set up. I love that more businesses are opening near duncanville but I can't pay hardworking money for these type of items.

Today I just ordered an egg and cheese sandwich and it was disappointing the bread was cold and the egg and cheese hot and no flavor whatsoever, ordered online so when I got to the window they were trying to give me someone else’s order I repeated my order number and name like 4 times.

To the one noemi, danni was not in the wrong. The worker was in the wrong, you don't just skip over customers because you don't speak English. That is very rude, get someone who can assist. I have experienced that several times from "non-english speaking Latino women" . They have ignored me and acknowledge.their own. That is being very racist. If you're not able to speak English why are you in the front servicing customers.
