I absolutely love this Dunkin location. Heaven and Anastacia are always amazing and happy the whole morning. Crew is great and the avocado toast is always on point.

This is the worst of the worst. I went in this morning to get coffee and we waited in line for 15 minutes, I left the line and I went inside, the lady gave me attitude and showed me that she doesn’t care. This is the second time this happened. I will not come back.

The closing time is listed as 10pm but I came in around 2pm and the doors were locked. I don't know if they the dining in time is different from the drive thru time, as people were still being served through the drive thru, but if so the time on here should reflect that.

I came into this Dunkin’ with several employees visibly working, but I stood at the counter for about 15 minutes without being acknowledged once. Staff walked past me multiple times, used the machines right in front of me, and still didn’t say a word one employee even made eye contact from the back and chose not to acknowledge me. After several more minutes, someone finally spoke, and it happened to be the same person who had walked past me repeatedly without saying anything.

This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. A simple “We’ll be right with you” would have gone a long way. Customer service definitely needs improvement here. This is not the first experience of this.

I became a semi-regular here a little over a year ago. The drive thru is slow in the early morning, but it's a decent speed around 9ish. I've really enjoyed the food and drinks, but I think they must have changed something about a month ago (give or take) because the CocaMocha Sig. Latte (my regular drink) is not nearly as sweet as it used to be. It's weirdly bitter? Like chocolate bitter. I don't want to have to ask them to add more cream or sugar to a drink that was originally sweet just because they changed it. Honestly idk if they're just trying to save money by skimping on the sweeteners, or if they chabged the brand of chocolate syrup they're adding to the drink, but I wish they'd change it back.

Hit or miss if the drinks are made correctly which is crazy with the prices being so expensive. Ice drinks will have more ice than anything every-time you go, you only get a few sips out of your drink. Again with the prices being so expensive is crazy to me.

I always have issues when I order a larger and get a mediums worth of drink. And honestly the excuse is always bc I asked for cold foam but please be serious. the cold foam is not the reason for my beverage to not be a large as asked and paid for. I’m writing this review bc when I say it in person nobody wants to change anything and why is my cup half empty and I haven’t taken ONE SIP. This is stealing my money

It's okay. The coffee is good, the staff is nice but the donuts barely have any filling and barely any frosting. They are always mainly bread.

I ordered two mint chocolate chip ice cream cones for my kids and it had chunks of ice in it. Huge chunks of ice throughout the ice cream. I tried calling the store back no answer. I called three times, No answer I couldn’t Even leave a voicemail because they did not have their voicemail set up. Would not go back. This is a HUGE CHOKING HAZARD. Lawsuit waiting to happen.
