I became a semi-regular here a little over a year ago. The drive thru is slow in the early morning, but it's a decent speed around 9ish. I've really enjoyed the food and drinks, but I think they must have changed something about a month ago (give or take) because the CocaMocha Sig. Latte (my regular drink) is not nearly as sweet as it used to be. It's weirdly bitter? Like chocolate bitter. I don't want to have to ask them to add more cream or sugar to a drink that was originally sweet just because they changed it. Honestly idk if they're just trying to save money by skimping on the sweeteners, or if they chabged the brand of chocolate syrup they're adding to the drink, but I wish they'd change it back.

Hit or miss if the drinks are made correctly which is crazy with the prices being so expensive. Ice drinks will have more ice than anything every-time you go, you only get a few sips out of your drink. Again with the prices being so expensive is crazy to me.

Highly disappointed , 25 minutes because this location said they closed at 10:00 pm. I arrived at 9:30 pm and they were closed and inside cleaning.

I always have issues when I order a larger and get a mediums worth of drink. And honestly the excuse is always bc I asked for cold foam but please be serious. the cold foam is not the reason for my beverage to not be a large as asked and paid for. I’m writing this review bc when I say it in person nobody wants to change anything and why is my cup half empty and I haven’t taken ONE SIP. This is stealing my money

It's okay. The coffee is good, the staff is nice but the donuts barely have any filling and barely any frosting. They are always mainly bread.

I ordered two mint chocolate chip ice cream cones for my kids and it had chunks of ice in it. Huge chunks of ice throughout the ice cream. I tried calling the store back no answer. I called three times, No answer I couldn’t Even leave a voicemail because they did not have their voicemail set up. Would not go back. This is a HUGE CHOKING HAZARD. Lawsuit waiting to happen.

I like this coffee shop ☕, they have fresh donuts 🍩😄 and if you like to live on the wild side of life they also serve ice cream 🍨. A place the whole family can enjoy 😁
Sergio and Jada are always super friendly fast service, I always come with my daughters for a quick snack and pick me up :) Sergio is super sweet, it’s our fav location because of him

I did a online order picked it up thur the drive Thur got half way down the street took a sip of my drink to realize this is not what I ordered went back to the drive Thur told them I had the wrong drink the girl told me to park in front of the store and they will remake and bring it out I waited 15 minutes after seeing multiple of people leaving the the drive Thur with their order so I went the store after saying excuse me about five times for all the employees to ignore me until I started getting rude then nice young lady who making drinks came and what was order while the girl just stood by the drive Thur window with her hand on her hip last time going to that location
