Hand down the worst golden chick ever. They constantly get my order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. When I got back inside to get it fixed I am standing there for a least 10 min while every worker stares and walks past me like I am bothering them. The manager instead of helping me just looks at me and continues to look like she busy when she should’ve been helping me instead. After waiting for 15 min and my food being cold I was finally helped wanting to get out of there so badly I just told them to fix their mistake so I could leave. The worst golden chick I’ve ever been to will not be going there anymore

I place an order online for family sized corn nuggets, family sized fried okra and single sized dirty rice. When I received my order the family sized fried okra want family sized it was in a smaller personal size container. These are my go to items when I eat at Golden Chick so I know this is incorrect. I checked my receipt to make sure it wasn't an error on my part, it wasn't and and called this location (of course no one answered). This is my first time ordering from this location because wherever I am in the city, I order from the location closest to me. I'm so annoyed and disappointed because fried okra is my fav comfort food.

I usually have great things to say about this location in Cedar Hill, TX, but today I received horrible service through the drive thru this afternoon. The inside was supposed to be open at 10a.m. and at 12 noon the doors were locked. When I asked why? The staff had no logical answer. I had to wait more than 20 minutes to get my order and drive through the DT to get the order because they never came out to give it to me. I do know that jobs are short staff, but there is always a way to properly handle every situation. If I could give zero stars I would.

My 89 yr old mother and myself went through the drive thru on Sept 22nd about 7pm and ordered 2 9pc wicked wings with and without spice. They were fresh and hot. The rolls are always on point. The customer service was great also.

Terrible service and inattentive workers. How do you get a simple tender box order wrong TWICE!! IN A ROW!😐 Mind youu, all we asked for was half spicy on our tenders and other than that we ordered normally. Not worth the money when employees can’t take basic instruction
