Good evening I would love to be the first to acknowledge this young lady that worked the drive-through AND THE FRONT LOBBY by the name of LAKISHA SHE TOOK CONTROL OF BOTH STATIONS . She’s very polite and courteous. She has a very infectious smile that can turn a bad day into a good day. I look forward to seeing her at the drive-through window each and every time that I come to golden chick, I know I will leave golden chick one happy customer along with eating great food.
I've been pleasantly surprised the last few times I've been here. The food has always been good, and now the customer service is too. I've had 3 different people at drive-thru and all have been pleasant and offered good customer service.
The new lemon pepper wings are not good and I hate that they CHARGE FOR SAUCES! If we pay the same as wing stop we will just go there, better wings and no charge for ranch. The sauces aren’t even good to charge for. Customer service is always amazing though-
