Old leftover chicken 🍗 they tried to serve me that was preheated and smelted horrible

Everytime I come to this Halls Chicken I am very satisfied but on Saturday it was a mix up with the food but I called and told them what happened and they told me to come back and they fixed it the problem for me and now I am very satisfied the gentleman Jacolby he was very helpful to me and they got my food together for me so now my family can be happy

My son and I first time tryin it. I guess we went on the day when the cook didn't feel like cooking. That chicken was very bland and had no type of seasoning taste to it. I really hate I'm wasted my money on this one. Somebody gave me a bad suggestion.

I’ve frequented this restaurant many times but this time I ordered 2 drumsticks and a wing basket. The chicken had absolutely no flavor at all. Probably won’t be back.

Got a family dark for 25 and yeah .. Chicken looks greats but the seasoning is not evenly distributed. Love the combination of jalapeños, carrots and pickles. Now I don’t know what happen but the food messed up my families stomach. I’m disappointed

I arrived just when they started dropping chicken. Before I was able to place my order, Lisha stopped me and told me what was available. Was able to get the orders I wanted with a smile and wonderful customer service!

I’ve been here a few times! I’ve always had a good experience! Today Not only was the food satisfying, the customer Service!!!! The lady who took my order has a contagious smile And an upbeat spirit! Thank you so much ! This made my day! God Bless! 🙏🏼

The food was extremely good first and foremost. The lady at the front window and the staff delivered my food with quick and fast service. They were helpful & sweet. 10/10 stars hands down!
