Omg WHOEVER is the owner of this establishment needs to get there and get ther quick service takes 4ever I was in drive thru over 30 mins 2 get a 5 piece with the 2 cars that were behind me reversed finally where I could reverse and leave I went next door to gas station pumped gas got some gars drove back over told the lady I was the one in drive thru who placed the 5 piece wing order and was trying to sew if it was ready she stated let me fix that I only have 4 wings I replied ill take that while waiting on my order a gentleman fixing someone else's food no gloves picks up corn nuggets with his bare fingers and placed them in a gentleman's order and then proceeded to wipe his hands on his pants and fix another order I asked the lady at the window if she didn't mind fixing my order because that is un sanitary I watched her take her gloves off replace them with new gloves and fix my order long story short thos Grand opening is about to be a grand closing if the owners do NOT step in ... This is my second time and was thinking they had to work out yhe kinks NO still a 30 to 40 min wait ridiculous!! I will just drive on down to the one on camp wisdom!

However, we didn’t receive our food until 8:34 p.m. — nearly 45 minutes later. Several customers who arrived after us, including those in the drive-thru, were served first. There was no communication & no sense of urgency. Waiting that long for chicken is unacceptable.
