Chicken was def not fresh. It was refried and overly seasoned. I’ll assume they hit it again with seasoning to mask it not being fresh. Disappointed. Wish it had been better.

I visited this establishment on 5/10/2024 I ordered a 3 piece chicken tender basket and this is this size of the tenders. On top of being very tiny they were pre cooked and thrown into grease…. Not cooked to order. Please avoid this place the amount of money they’re charging doesn’t equate to the food. If you like more food and better quality visit the oak cliff or pleasant grove locations. Whoever the owner is please do better with the quality of your food.

The chicken is good. I’m not gonna lie. The food is very good but what really rub me the wrong way is when I came to the Henderson chicken after work and then I had noticed that the cash register lady she’s the older lady and didn’t catch her name. I had noticed that the people that was in front of me, she was preparing for their food and I noticed that she was picking up there bread with her hands no gloves, no tongues but And I feel like that is very disgusting nasty her nails was dirty. She was dealing with money, and I politely asked her can she please put on gloves with dealing with my bread or the tongues. She proceeded to tell me no I will not put on gloves, but I will use the tongues and I feel like that is very nasty dealing with the pandemic you dealing with money than you touching people food that is the most disgusting Thing I ever seen n someone needs to handle this before I call the health department im n medical field n you dealing with people lying just nasty ?
My complaint is when I got home there was no pepper or pickles with my order. I tried to call but the website has no phone number and I called a number that I found and of course no answer. Also no receipt was given. I hate this because if I want Hendersons this was the one I would come to.

For those who want a taste of Dallas. Henderson is the place. They've been around for year's. The food is well seasoned and the prices don't hurt the bank. If I'm not mistaken. Two piece leg and thigh lunch specials on Tuesday are like 3 or 4
