Attempted to call the store about an order and no one answered. Went into the store and called the number and never heard a phone ring asked an employee about a phone number for the store and was told there isn’t one. Worthless store needs new management.

Today my husband went and got us both something to eat. I had the jack’s spicy chicken sandwich meal,which was supposed to come with cheese but didn’t when he was charged for it. Fries were old and hard. Then my husband had the ultimate cheeseburger meal. This was the only thing we had eaten today but as soon as we finished our stomachs started hurting then a few hours later we threw up all that food. I should’ve known something was up because my sandwich looked poorly put together. My husband threw up more than me so his burger patty must have not been cooked all the way and my chicken patty must not have been as well. I’m so disappointed in this location

I literally just came from the drive thru at this location, it’s currently 4 AM, Nov. 30th 2024, and I cannot be more unhappy with my service than I am right now. I understand it’s super late, no one wants to be working right now or dealing with customers which I understand because I work retail, but this was absolutely unacceptable. I went through the drive thru and asked for a munchie meal but I wanted fries, mini tacos, and chicken nuggets if he could do that, the guy taking my order said no which I understand, that’s cool. I ask what else could I get with the munchie meal, let me also mention that it wasn’t busy at all, like maybe one other car there in the drive thru? So yeah I ask what else can I get in the meal, and he said “do you not see the menu?” Um..excuse me? Immediately I want to drive off but there’s a car in front of me so I can’t. It seems like this car is also having issues with this guy as this man was incredibly rude to me not only at the drive thru but also the window. I just ask for a bacon ultimate burger and say that’s it. I pay and get my food and it’s literally not even hot, how does that even happen?! The cheese wasn’t melty like it ALWAYS is, the bun was stiff and the meat was cold, how in the heck did this happen and why did I have to heat my burger up myself, if I wanted to cook at home I would have. Cannot believe that this is how this location thinks they can treat their patrons. You would have thought I had personally insulted this man. Absolutely infuriating and never coming back.

Why cant they ever get the order right? I ordered the bacon cheddar potato wedges there was no bacon bits and like 5 potato wedges and then i ordered a burger it came with 2 pieces of meat no bread no lettuce no tomato no nothing and they put it in a bowl. Now they wont answer the phone at all.

I pulled up to place my order after completing an overnight shift at around 3:40am, and the lady on the intercom said they're closed until 5am, followed by "we close at 4 and reopen at 5". The sign on the window says OPEN 24 HOURS! I don't understand! THIS is the ONLY JNTB location that does this!
Gurl at the window for sure had an attitude. It was like pulling teeth with pliers to get salt and ketchup for a 25.00 order..3 ketchup and 1 salt packet get real. Never using this location again..EVER!!
Got to the window and asked for Jalapeños to be added to my order and and the lady who took my order was super rude, the place was not busy at all, but they made me wait out front for my meal. I mean this was at 9:30 in the morning and nobody inside the restaurant, then when she handed me my meal, I said thank you and she just gave me the ugliest look as she did when I first drove up. People like this do not belong in customer service jobs. Stay home!!

I tried this place a few days ago. To make a long story short, the order of chicken strips I paid for, was not in my bag. I called to let them know about the missing item and a few days later, someone by the name of Lorena Sereno contacted me and told me to go back to the store, mention her name, and get my missing food. I did that yesterday evening, the person in charge told me he couldn't take care of me because his manager was on vacation. This was very upsetting because, not only was I giving them a second chance, I wasted my time going back to the store for nothing. A place that is this poorly ran should be looked at a bit closer by upper management unless that's how they do business, which is unacceptable.
