My one and only go to for Chinese food. Since COVID they have been closed for dinning, but that’s okay food is still great and so is the service. So if you visit it’s pickup only.
I’m giving 3 on atmosphere cause I’ve never been there but we have never had an inconsistent or wrong order from this place. And we order from here quite frequently. They are our go to spot for Chinese food in Duncanville… it’s always hot, portions are huge, and they package it well and not sloppy like some delivery places. We’ve had the same delivery guy forever it seems! I just love their consistency and service.
The food is very good and has large portions for a reasonable price. However , the customer service is less than par it seems every other time I call in to order for pick or delivery. The customer service is brash but basically polite with an of customers are of value treatment , except for a couple instances where I was treated as an interruption the person taking my order was very rude even hung up on me without getting my info for carry out order.
