It would have been good , but I ordered a #12 and they gave me a 6 pc. Dried out spicy and I said just regular crispy. But other then that it was OK.

Didn't go here. I went to the Fragrance Depot they greeted us with smiles and all the Fragrances smells was wonderful I love it my house and car smells great.

The drive through guy was rude this evening. What ever happened to customer service?! If you don’t want to work therr then don’t! But don’t take it out on the customers and use condescending language. Bad experience tonight.

Saw $7 fill up deal and tried it with 3 tenders. Very disappointed. The tenders were clearly reheated and not fresh. The mash potatoes don’t taste real…..taste fake or simulated. Done with KFC. In a world where Chik fil a and Raisin Cain’s make fresh and real food , KFC has become a bottom feeder and keeps digging a deeper hole towards irrelevance and possible extinction.

Never going back to this location. First off why is KFC promoting saucy nugget meals online but not on the menu at the establishments?! I could've went to Whataburger instead and got a Honey BBQ chicken strip meal.
Not a soul was in line,pulled in, ordered,was out the line in under 6 mins. Usually, that'd impress me, but with nobody in line at 9:40, and closing at 10:30, I saw it coming. Food was undeniably horrible! I ordered the 12 peice nugget meal,(I wanted the honey bbq saucy nuggets I seen on the online menu,)but again why is this being advertised online but not offered at the actual locations?! Anyway yall the nuggets were so dry smh I would've had more pleasure picking up a hand full of rocks and eating those,and my fries were so freaking cold and mushy I could've just ordered mashed potatoes for my side. They're going in the trash but the Tea,and buiscuit was good at least.Regarding KFC, the quality is typically excellent when the food is fresh. However, due to a recent negative experience, I am dissatisfied and will not be returning to this location. My expectation is that future transactions will result in full refunds for any unsatisfactory service. Remaking the meal is not an acceptable solution; the initial order should have met quality standards.

This location sucks! Cedar Ridge location said the chicken would be ready in 7 minutes. I paid and was told to wait in the parking lot. Instead of getting my order, I was told that they didn’t have enough chicken to cover my order and that they didn’t have anymore of the type of chicken I wanted. I asked for a refund and was told that they don’t give back refunds. Long story short, if they say your order will be up in 7 minutes and you’ll have to wait, don’t pay them. Wait until the chicken is ready or go to another location.

This is my "go to" KFC but this particular day was horrible. I went thru the drive thru (per usual) ordered the special 2pc dk I always ask for a soft biscuit no matter the time. It's always the manager who makes sure it's right always. But this day I opened the box and the biscuit was hard so I gave it back she turned the biscuit upside down and gave me the same hard biscuit (the manager) I won't return to this location over a biscuit not only that but because the manager was very dishonest

This location needs a complete OVERHAUL! The service is deplorable! They made us use the Kiosk, refused to take our order at the cash register! I had to assist another gentleman, and then I had to get a manager get me a receipt! This is unacceptable
