I paid my first visit to Sabor La Mexicana back in 2017. It quickly became my favorite go-to place for authentic Mexican food. The food quality and service are second to none.

Not sure where all the 4 and 5 reviews come from for this establishment. Nice decor. Average staff. Quick service. Food was forgettable…watery salsa, Rico’s makes better queso, 2 small balls of guacamole, chile con carne tasted out of a can, very poor example of enchiladas, industrial lime margaritas. Very disappointing…avoid.

Terrible customer service from lady behind window selling tortillas. She is the most rude person I ever met. Don't buy tortillas here. She should get fired. I've never been treated this way by anyone. She's racist to Hispanics. Don't give this place your business. There's many places you can get tortillas from.

This place is also a tortilla factory so the building is quite large. However, the restaurant is small and charming! If you plan to go for dinner, I would suggest reservations. The food was authentically delicious, as were the specialty adult beverages. The service was quick and our server was very attentive. Will definitely return when back in the area.

Hers are very poor if she is having a bad day she needs to be sent home, clients don’t have the need to put up with her horrible attitude and personality. Just because we are having a bad day does not give us the right to treat anyone in a disrespectful way.

They lack integrity, I been a customer for years buying tortillas for my company, always being disappointed by either their price increase to their lack of interest when it comes to doing business. They say they closed at 4, then they started closing at 3:45pm to close by 4 and now they are closing at 3:30 in order to close by 3:45 to then close at 4. Next thing is closing at 3 to close by 3:45. Literally what a waste of time, if only they weren't the only tortilla factory in the DFW area that produces quality product. I'm kind of forced to do business with them for this reason. I remember they used to open on weekends, that didn't last, then they cut their hours short, raise their prices.
